Car wash that opened up in my area and was extremely happy with the results! Got the billys special clean and was unbelievably impressed with how clean my car was! + billys cafe was an instant hit! A cafe/car wash like no other!

I had my car washed by them for the first time and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I have never seen it so clean like it is now. It is definitely worth giving this place a try, and the food is also delicious.

No eye for detail, left marks on the outside of the vehicle, window cleaning on the interior left marks with just a quick wipe and the interior panels and ar lcd screen left so Mitch streaking and marks. I commented on these issues and they went over it again with no elbow grease, no care and a few excuses of why they can’t remove bugs. The boot also wasn’t vacuumed at all until I told them. To sum up: below average and not worth the $85 I paid. Another note: their cafe wasn’t open either. I won’t be returning

We arrived at 12: 30, sat down and waited until 2: 50, just to find out that my car hadn’t even begun to get washed due to the lack of communication with the employees, then I get told that ‘ give me 20 mins and it will be done ‘ this is the worst service I have ever received.

Amazing exterior detailing service. Interior detailing was alright not as good as the exterior detailing. The team is nice.

Absolutely amazed at the work they had done on my car. For a very good price too! I will 100% be coming back here every single time I need my car washed/scratch removal. The young man who approached me was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The coffee is amazing too, you can even get a hair cut while you wait. This place is my go to!

Used to be a great.place has gone downhill, have referrd multipule friends who have complained about this place after going. It's hit and miss depending on the day.

The owner also got lots of his friends/employees to leave my workplace 1 star reviews as retaliation after this review was posted. The better option it to take on feedback and improve services, bullying is not the correct response for feedback left.

Will be reporting this behaviour to Google.

I had my car washed the other day and it looks brand new again! I loved their service at The Cafe as well, the ladies were so sweet and made me the best Latte. 10/10 would recommend

Got my car washed here today and was pleasantly surprised! I was accommodated as soon as I arrived and was offered a coffee while I waited for my car. Staff were super friendly and my car was cleaned well!

What a great place.a car wash that actually cares about the cars they wash. I came in for an in and out wash, car came out immaculate and even managed to buff out some minor scratches on my black car. I finally met someone more pedantic about a car than me! Lol

The staff were very friendly and they even had a barber set up. Great concept

Of all the car wash places in my area, this is by far the best by a country mile. Their attention to detail is second to none and, unlike several others in the area, l never have to ask them to reclean or re wash anything. A great job every time that l am always satisfied with. Coffee's pretty good too Highly recommended.
