Some excellent bargains can be found. & plenty of party gift bag novelties etc.

BAD STORE! Their clothing is so much smaller than the normal sizes that I had to refund. The staff insists that they cannot refund due to hygiene reasons and are extremely rude! I argued that I won’t pay for the items that don’t match the size. They yelled at me and then just ignored me.

It's a medium-sized store - also supplied Halloween outfits - blood for $4 if you're looking for a last minute outfit

Great for odds & ends, bits & pieces, cards and sweets. Sometimes the queue to get out is pretty long and no-one seems to care.

The store seems to not have enough staff members or they are not trained in customer service. I once had to wait 20 minutes to get my change because the staff member had closed the till before giving me my change, and did not know how to open it up herself. Rather than calling for assistance, she made me wait to the side while she served other customers. When another customer complained about the wait for service (as there was a long line and only one staff member serving), finally another staff member came up to help serve, and only then did they assist in getting my change. I totally understand people have bad days, but it seems every time I’ve been to this store an issue like this has occurred. They either need more staff or to train their staff further

Bought items and did not get the correct change. Arrogant and rude cashier who simply lacked knowledge of operating the till and inability to comprehend the customers concern. Had to return the item and seek refund which from a matter became an issue. Please be careful with this shop's customer service. They can be loud and uncompromising despite being in the wrong!
