The Reject Shop Seven Hills

Low stars as I have visited this store last 3 weekends in a row ……. Each time I have been met with low staff - queues at register with only 1 operator - this is not customer service orientated & particularly frustrating - first two visits I forgave as got some great bargains - but today saw people dump products as decided not to wait in queue!

Thought management should be made aware that you are losing sales/ and or opportunist thieves could take advantage of low staff ………. Please look at your staffing levels ….

Good place to shop and the price is reasonable. You can get most of the products here and cheaper price compared to some other shops.

Last items were biotech swarzkhoff blues shampoo and conditioner

The reject Shop is more cheaper than St Vinnie's and Salvos they have great items I prefer shopping at The reject they have amazing things and it's cheap

Much smaller store than other Reject shops in the Hills area. But this is a handy location and has most essential products.

Fake $20 note given to me in change. I went to show them and ask them to change it for me, they refused. Wouldn't even try and look at the CCTV footage.

Understaffed. Can't find a store assistant when needed. Young staff are clueless. Stock and range of goods really sad of late.

Typical Reject Shop, lots of bargains and nicnac's great service location in Seven Hills Shopping centre, clean and shelves fully stocked.

They sell both branded and other products at cheap prices.

Some excellent bargains can be found. & plenty of party gift bag novelties etc.

Lovely young man at seven hills working on the register. All ways so polite and very nice to deal with. He is doing a great job.

All the staff are nice too.

Good value for some items. Range has been visibly affected, presumably by COVID and/or Sanctions on Russia. Still worth a gander.

Love having a browse and buying goods from this shop. The manager Nicole is the best she is a good manager and treats her staff well. The staff are very pleasant and they have a vast range of different stock love buying cheap Christmas decorations here usually things you don't see in other shops

A very busy store with a large variety of cheap products. There was a very long wait at the register on Saturday morning with 13 people in the queue ahead of me. Morenstaff might be appropriate.

I was in the store and the your gentleman that served me was very kind.but it look like the (I'm guessing store or shift manager) was listening to everything.as he offered me a bag, he said. 15 cents.then in the back ground this rude lady screaming out, 15 cents. They r. 15cents.

1: reject shop makes millions why charge for a plastic bag.

2: that lady needs to back off and stop eavesdropping.its what stresses staff out and causing silly preventable mistakes.

Get the Fred & Flo nappies available only at the reject shops.they are reasonable and good too

Please reject this shop if you want to save your time. Not enough product and not enough stock if like something to buy.

Well stocked reject shop with a great variety of some day to day items. The prices are reasonable and it's a good place to pick up arts and crafts as well.
