My wife sent an LV bag for repairs after 2 weeks the bag is missing and no bag, no refund on the cost of bag $5k and no resolution to problem just wait for bag to re appear 6weeks NOW get your act together KATHERINE and return phone calls and the saga continues 3months on. WOW you offer via an email a refund. The bag was stolen whilst in your care.

I had my Chanel classic flap bag restored by The Reco Lab. It was quite damaged with lots of marks and scratches as well as a broken strap. It came back to me looking unrecognisable.it now looks brand new again and even better that I imagined!
