The Reco Lab Shoe and Bag Repair

The service provided by Kat and her team was astounding. Kat promptly replied to all my emails at a timely manner. I could not be happier with the service on my Dior book tote! Will be recommended her to all my clients, family and friends.

I am still trying to fix my Chanel Bag after sending it to Reco Lab! It is irritating when I wasted two months with them. Kat told me they can fix the cut on my bag and the price for the service, i gave the go ahead. After a while she said they couldn’t fix it as the cut is too deep, then she asked me if I want to go ahead with the recolour service, I said no as by that point I would want to send the bag to another repairer. After I emailed her to follow up, she called me and told me the recolour has already been done by her staff because she was away on holiday. I ended up paying for the service with a discount as I needed my bag back. But I would not recommend especially with the lack of communication from her.

Just picked up my newly repaired Longchamp leather bag - handles perfectly covered/refurbed and taupe leather perfectly matched. Plus a Coach leather tote - completely new leather handles fitted - again - colour matched. Excellent service all round - highly recommend!

Restored my red epi leather Louis Vuitton bag and celine card holder covered from mould! Cannot recommend enough!

DONT be misled by the ratings.
NO ONE EVER reached out to me after I dropped off the bag for more than 2 weeks. Asked for a quote for more than thrice and was not given until I asked to pick up and pay in person. That is, they can give u any price after your bag is dropped off to them.
Dust bag is missing. But can’t be bothered to argue again.

I have been looking for a place to get my beloved bag cleaned as I love this bag. I was looking online and there were a few recommendations but I was scared as I have never used these services before.
That was until a friend recommended me to The Reco Lab after a conversation about repairing their bags and shoes. So I gave it a shot.

I was shocked when I got my bag back.
The chain was somehow miraculously fixed, and the leather was cleaned and refreshed.

The worst company I have EVER dealt with. Do not be fooled by their page. I sent my Gucci handbag to be re coloured, it has done nothing but peel, flake and expose the orange original colour and they the paint work is absolutely hideous - black paint has been painted all inside the cream interior as well. The bag is ruined, do not be blinded by their photos. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this company definitely deserves one. Guys make sure you check the warranty as well '6 months' is all they promise for your expensive items when I was originally promised - lifetime warranty when speaking with them. I don't dispute the bag has been sent back 3 and they have attempted to repair it, I dispute the quality of workmanship. Paid $600 for a $2000 handbag to be ruined. I will never wear this bag now.

I made an inquiry via email about my windsor shoes after attempting to contact your only number provided I have dropped off to you guys on the 27th of May and I have not heard an update about my shoes.starting to question if you guys are legit or not…? Leaving a bad review as I still currently do not have my shoes. I would not recommend going here to get your belongs repaired.

I cannot recommend The Reco Lab!

The interior of my Gucci Soho Bag was severely stained and soiled which they restored back to mint condition. They also took the time to inspect the other parts of the bag to let me know what also could be repaired.

I’m so glad I took their advice to also repair the handles and edges because it looks fresh and brand new! It was also repaired in a considerably short amount of time and delivered to my door.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Communication has been great from the first quote request and all the way through to the delivery of my items. I am teally stoked having found them and the amazing team. Waterproofing, new soles, leather bag repairs, you name it. Eveything comes back to life once in their hands.
