When I bought the unit that I am currently living in, although he was not in charge of property selling department, he recommended a property for me which was sold by PIA. I am very happy to live in this property and appreciated for his help. From this, I can see that he is a passionate person.
Apart from this, I have a investment property and he is my management agent. He is very accountable for everything, especially when the tenant needs to repair something. He also handle the bond paid by tenant and the rental insurance very well.

Called Tom Wenyao to inquire about some properties and he was very unprofessional. I cant believe an agent would talk to a potential tenant like that. I asked him a question about a property in Mortlake that stated '3 months lease' and wanted to know further information in regard to that yet he questioned me 'did you even look through realestate.com properly, can you go look for yourself? '. Honestly, i was very interested in two properties at Mortlake for my grandparents and one for myself but I will no longer continue do anything associated with Tom. Absolutely rubbish. I never try to write bad reviews but this is a must. Everyone should know what they are dealing with.

I dealt with Lex Wentao Ou and throughout the lease he was helpful, responsive & answered any question i had.

The end of lease experience very easy and the bond release procedure was almost automatic & fair.

I highly recommend rental agents Mia and Jimmy and the property manager Leon of PIA. Their team can quickly respond to the requirements of owners. They have keen insight into the rental market that let my property be leased so quick. Rental management and services are also well. They can make a detailed report for the house before renting and help the owner solve some problems, such as returning keys and collecting mail. In a word, they are a very professional team. If you can, avoid Renting or Buying through PIA.they will rip you off at the end of the rent. They had blocked paint in the kitchen sink when I rented a brand new property and they outrageously invoiced me $350 to remove their fault. AVOID these people.
