The property manager Kel provided a fabulous service. Kel has been patient and attention to details when dealing with property related issues. I would recommend PA service from PIA.

We've been trying to get in touch with an agent / appropriate persons regarding leakage around the house and especially in the floors and ceilings of the bathrooms only to constantly be told we will be contacted again within a fortnight only to never receive a call or update on when somebody will come over to look at the problem and get it fixed. It's been the case for SEVERAL MONTHS now, since MAY. At this point reaching out ourselves for an update of the situation feels like we're pestering around.

Shirley was fantastic, extremely helpful and very generous with her time and efforts to helps us source the right unit in very limited time. Thank you so much

I rarely leave reviews but I'll say one thing:

"Too difficult and too long to explain. "

PIA live in their own convenient world, and treats their clients as liabilities if they deem you as a "unreasonable return on investment" of their time. They are illiterate, unresponsive and disrespectful when contacted upon. Tony and Iris, who were our property managers refuse to read "long" emails, and hangs up on phone calls when we tried raising an issue about the apartment.

Please avoid PIA at all costs as both landlords and tenants if you like investing in long term benefits.

P. S: I hope this review wasn't too long.

We have just got our keys from our first property with PIA with the help of Wendy Wei and her team. Wendy goes above and beyond to her work, a problem solver, will answer to all of your enquiries any time

Lex, Wentao Ou is one of the best agent here.
He always answer his emails, solve any issue that me and tenants may have and follow up everything.

Adam Wang, How can I adequately thank you for all the help you gave me during the purchase of a new home? You were so friendly and immediately put me at ease on our very first meeting. Everything went so smoothly, and now here I am, move in already.

Would give them a minus one if possible, be careful, the sales team is good but the property managers are the worst. They deduct bond money without approval and you feel cheated out of your money. It’s like a racket.

My property has been managed by PIA for more than 2 years, I really want to say huge thanks to my property manager, Lex Wentao Ou, thanks so much for your kindness, hardworking and I was so appreciated!
