I purchased a property report from TPI and it was very thorough and easy to read.

Emilio was very knowledgeable and made himself available to talk me through the report and provided guidance on works to be done at the property.

I would recommend purchasing a report from TPI.

Really bad inspection performed, did not inspect areas/items as requested took months to get the report back which was so poor and didn't not reference any specifics. Full apartment building was completed in less then 30 mins as inspector had to rush off

I bought a Pest and Building report for a property that is going up for auction. Was very easy to purchase from the website and got the report immediately.

The report is easy to read with no jargon and was structured in a way that made it easy to go through the report.

I spoke to Emilio who provided great advice and in depth information regarding the inspection. He was happy to speak to me after hours and answered all my questions.

Worst experience ever had with this company, dodgy, no integrity, charged 3 times more than agreed on the phone, going to tribunal or court to get justice done. Will update results here.

Just started using them as a real estate agent and found the service was great and costs very reasonable.

A great business that's professional and reliable. We recommend them to our clients without hesitation.

Really bad experience all around. They are good salespeople over the phone but the inspection (pre-purchase for a property in the inner west) left a lot to be desired.
1. I felt they were working more for the real estate agent than me the client (even after paying $1500+ for a report).
2. Report missed things that a previous report had found. I felt like they ignored them to try and sell the house.
3. We paid extra for an electrical report, only to have the report say they recommend an Electrician carry out an inspection for defects etc. (they were not a qualified Electrician, so not sure what we paid for here).
4. Report was not sent to me until 1 week after it was conducted (they claim they sent a link but never did).

All in all a bad experience and I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I came away feeling a very ripped off as a customer.
