The Phone Surgery Nowra (Stockland Nowra)

Absolute trash. I took my apple iPad gen 6 to get fixed. The iPad was typing and switching screens on its own. I was told that a screen replacement would fix my issue.

I got a good price and it only took 45 minutes, but the bargain isn't worth the quality. It didn't fix the problem, not to mention the screen looked as it if had something under it. Like there was two screens with some food crumbs between them. The surface was smooth but it was very evident something was there. Not to mention only two days after getting it fixed the screen cracked, it hadn't even been dropped.

Please think again before going to them.

Stop before you use this repairer and check the prices from the official repairer. My repair turned out to be over $100 cheaper incl postage, direct with Samsung, compared to what Phone Surgery quoted. Samsung have a direct express tracked shipping arrangement with auspost.
Using samsung my warranty is still 100% active and the phone has been properly resealed for water pressure.plus the repair history is logged with samsung.
Assume iphones have a similar arrangement.
Phone surgery do not offer any of this. Dont be lazy, compare!

Can thoroughly recomend.

DISASTER i took my $1500 s10plus to these people a couple of months ago with a cracked screen.i was assured after paying $450 that the phone was a new and definitely still waterproof.i confirmed again when i collected it that yes it was indeed still waterproof.last night i was trapped in myola by the bush fires and waded across the river to get home.there is a channel where the river gets deep for 15 metres and i put the phone in my top and swam for less than a minute to get across.the phone should have been good for 30 minutes submerged.and i have swum with my previous samsung phones no problem.instead it was FULL of water.it was dripping out everywhere and is completely dead.
These kids at phone surgery might be able to fix toy phones but NEVER take a good phone to them.im out 2k plus almost a years worth of photos and documents.

Incredible service! Asked crackfix for prices on a cracked galaxy s9, they said over $400 and that it would take a few days to fix my phone. Phone Surgery gave me a much cheaper price and it was fixed within the hour. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Thanks very much guys!

Logan has the fingers for touching electronics, he just touched my phone and it was a miracle a healing took place.

As always amazing help from Luke. Went in thinking I needed a new phone and Luke took one look and new exactly what to do! Phone was fixed in minutes!

What a great bunch of young men. They have attended to my Samsung tablet numerous Times at no charge. Always very friendly and polite, nothing ever a problem, would recommend the to everyone.
