Other places couldn't fix a reboot problem on my phone (was at one place for an hour) and I took it to these guys and Nic sorted it out in less than 2 mins. Super friendly.

First time going there (1yr ago) I asked them to replace ipad battery to increase its duration. But with the new battery there were issues with it turning off randomly. Same thing happened 3 times and the last one they said they would send it to Victoria and will take a month. So I decided to wait the month only to find out it was never sent and they replaced it yet again. Seems like this time it has been fixed. And willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Second time going there I asked them to replace a Samsung galaxy s23+ screen and the technician checked and said they had some and to come back in 2 hours and it will all be completed fixed. Once I came back they stated they didn't have the screen available and they would need to order it in, which could be longer than a week. At this point I just walked out of the shop they couldn't even be bothered to replace the screen protector they took off. Absolutely terrible business.

I had my iPad screen replaced then after a week the screen had dead spots all over it. We got that fixed and there was a crack on the screen protector that I thought was ok turns out it made a huge web of cracks on my screen, made my typing delayed and now the screen is coming off.

Had issues about 6 months ago with my screen and LCD, took my phone to them for it to be fixed, whilst it was fixed. I now had to get my phone battery replaced. They quoted me over $100, and said they wouldn't get the part until next week. Went to crack fix, where they were able to fix my phone in one day for 100 less. The found out that the reason my battery swelled was because the "repairer" at phone surgery had actually punctured it with a tool when they replaced my screen. Not only that, they didn't put the original backing on either (the backing was perfectly fine when they repaired the LCD and screen). So now my camera covering Pops out and hangs out due to them 1. Using a fake samsung backing and cheap cheap glue.
Will not be returning, especially after paying over $500 for a screen replacement not that long ago, and now having these issues I didn't even know about until my battery almost exploded.
Go to crack fix instead.

I went a couple of weeks back to fix water damage in my phone and when i got my phone back the face id no longer worked. It worked before i took it in

Had my iPhone 11screen replaced, then the screen would constantly type by itself after a month or wouldn’t click the button where you touched the screen, it would touch a few centimetres to the side. I took the phone back and they said it was nothing to do with them. The screen then cracked like it was too big for the phone and then it worked much more reliably after that. I’ve recently had it replaced with a genuine one from apple (it works perfectly all the time) and they said the generic one wasn’t compatible with my phone type. What a wast of money! I’ll never go back to this shop.

Tay is awesome …. Came out today in this awful weather…. Fixed my very old old phone (unable to release side button for SIM card) and transferred everything to my new phone…. Needed to return an item that didn’t work. Was purchased yesterday when my son was passing through. Apparently the sole assistant working Saturday is not allowed to action refunds? I find this the most ridiculous idea. What sort of business puts a
sales person on, by himself, and does not allow him to perform the role in its entirety? Now it seems I must make a 2 hour round trip on Monday as today’s trip was clearly wasted. Should charge them petrol money

The staff were professional and courteous and helped us out with a very difficult issue. Will certainly use them again

Really fast and friendly service. Brandon & Mitchell were great to deal with. My phone screen was fixed in 30 minutes.

This has been the only place I take my phones to get fixed for years, the customer service is always 110%. Great people that do a great job, the fact that they’re open on the weekend is just a bonus.

They scratched my phone and didn't seal it properly with glue hanging out of it in places. Watch out if you buy a refurbished phone there. You'll have to take it back for them to pull it apart and clean it so you can actually hear the people on the other end.

We've use the Phone Surgery in Stockland Mall for broken screens and various emegencies for several years, but I was especially impressed by Luke's quick and helpful service reviving the charging port on my bought-from-China phone today. He delivered more than he promised and I walked out ecstatic. Good job!

Callout for Luke at Nowra Fair: prompt, efficient, courteous, helpful and efficient. Got the data off my waterlogged mobile, transferred it to a new phone overnight, and the old phone is haltingly functional. All done in less than three days from wet phone to new phone, and over a public holiday.

Luke at the Phone Surgery has a worked miracles to retrieve data from my dying tablet so I now how precious photos I thought lost. I can retire my old tablet. Luke was very professional, accurate with costs and time needed to complete the job. The Phone surgery will definitely be my first port of call if needed again.
