Jo is a very skilled and intuitive osteopath who has the sensitivity to treat a complex and injured body. I came to Jo with a myriad of issues and she was able to help me with my ongoing neck problems and more. Highly recommend seeing her!

Very professional. Jo knows exactly how to help. I had very painful knees joins which Jo fixed. The pain is gone. Jo also offered advice on what to do in the future in terms of specific exercises. The best help in Sydney.

Jo is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and knowledgeable as an osteopath, but I see her as so much more. I came in with a really sore back and after many sessions, it’s gotten a lot better! (I don’t need to go to physio anymore yay) Meeting her has changed my life in a lot of ways, she always go above and beyond and overall a very empathetic and caring individual. I can’t wait for her to start her Pilates class again:) 10000000% recommend

Jo and The Mindful Spine Clinic is amazing, she has treated both myself and my son, and I have referred countless people to her for treatment. From treating post concussion syndrome for my son to leg pain and swelling and lymphatic drainage/circulation problems for me. Amazing clinic, highly recommend them.

Jo is amazing! I've never walked away from an appointment with any health practitioner before feeling so optimistic, reassured and pain free. She's a wealth of knowledge in so many other areas of health and has guided me toward so many holistic solutions for my issues. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Jo is authentic, generous & passionate in sharing the importance of our physical anatomy, balance and posture whilst she works with the body. After working on the parts of my body which are injured or simply aching, she gives simple exercises that does wonders to the body whilst also offering a different perspective in viewing my long term injury which I thought I could never heal from! An amazing therapist to work with. Thank you Jo!

Not only is Jo an outstanding clinician, her skills are amazing and you feel instantly that you are in safe hands.
I had acute pain down my arm, after one treatment I was pain free.
She is a fabulous osteopath and I would not look beyond her experience and expertise. She is also very engaging and a delight to be around.
Highly recommend.

I participate regularly in Pilates challenges which I would not be able to do without Jo’s expertise and customised manipulations to keep my body in alignment, free from injury and strain while gaining more movement. I used to suffer from migraines from sitting at a desk for long hours but have not had any since Jo has been treating my posture. I can step up my visits to suit my workout intensity or drop back to a maintenance visit or as needed. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Jo! I am straighter, taller, and more flexible. Most importantly I am able to play real golf - I played 16 over today! Thanks for your patience and commitment - seeing you is more than treatment, its healing.

I saw Jo after a friend recommended her and the treatment I received exceeded my expectations. Within one appointment my posture, which had been out of alignment for several decades, was corrected. Jo is very knowledgeable about everything to do with anatomy and function, and was able to answer questions that doctors, chiropractors and other osteopaths haven't been able to answer for me ever before. She also gave me very simple exercises to do which targeted strengthening specific muscles so that the misalignment doesn't happen again. I highly recommend The Mindful Spine Clinic

I have just completed a 5 day hike in the Northern Territory, and the only reason that I was able to even consider going was due to the efforts of Dr Jo Frize.

I had a rib popped out of place and severe muscle spasming, and I received incredible treatment over multiple sessions in a short period that left me able to hike over difficult terrain carrying a heavy bag where I'd barely been able to walk to the shops only scant days before.

I cannot recommend the Mindful Spine Clinic enthusiastically enough. I was only able to complete the adventure of a lifetime due to Dr Frize's incredible help.

Wish I'd seen Jo years earlier. I have a scoliosis and leg legth difference of 10mm, resulting in my body being quite out of whack. Go to a chiro and they'll just crack your back, get you to come in each week for months and thousands of dollars later you'll feel no difference.

Jo on the other hand has extensive knowledge and you can see she is fascinated by the science of it all and has a true keenness to help. She honed in on where I had weaknesses and taught me exactly what I wanted to learn - how to stand and walk properly, as well as other exercises to help build up my weaknesses.

It's crazy to think of the podiatrists over the years I've been to have just told me I had rolled in feet and sold me orthotics, but none ever told me actually how I was meant to use my foot. It's fascinating to finally learn how to stand and walk at age 35.

I don't normally enjoy visiting medical practioners as I often feel I'm just handing out money without getting a result. However, visiting Jo is always very enjoyable as I learn just so much from her. The real difference is that many other practioners will just give you exrecies to do or manipulate your body, but Jo gives all the information along with it. This resulted in myself having many revelations about other bad habits I have. It means rather than just blindly following exercises, I can put everything into my life. This means she has given me the minset of what I need and I'm now always thinking about posture constantly.
She is also happy to give you the tools you need to heal yourself, rather than just booking appointment after appointment.

What's probably more important than anything is she gives you an awareness of your body and imbalances and correct technique which would in turn prevent many injuries. I firmly believe that me seeing her is saving me plenty by not having to have future physio appointments that'd I'd normally have to do. I say see her before you have the problem!

What a life changing find Jo Frize is.

I was going through quite a lot when it came to my health and I was seeing a number of different health professionals to fix other issues that I was having.

One morning I woke up to severe nerve pain treading down my lower back all the way down to my left leg. I was unable to straighten my back and lower my left leg which caused this strange posture. This also caused a problem with walking.

My acupuncturist introduced me to Jo, within one treatment I felt at least half way to feeling better and I looked normal. My second treatment was where I started to feel amazing and less sorry for myself.

After a couple more treatments I had better posture and less strain on my back and leg.

The only Ostheo I will see and travel for. Thank you Jo for all your help.

Josephine is a truly outstanding Osteopath and I don't say that lightly as I've wasted a lot of time and money with many others! I wish I discovered Josephine earlier. She quickly brought clarity and insight into what was causing my recurring pain and gave me a clear, practical and successful pathway to resolving it. Josephine brings incredible expertise, knowledge, and attentiveness to her patient sessions that makes the world of difference. I am so thankful for her and can't recommend her highly enough.
