What wonderful help Brittany has been with a warranty issue. She has helped me with each and every step and kept in contact to make sure I was being helped. The service of the Albury store is fabulous and have only had positive transactions with them, they go the second mile!
Had the extreme pleasure of being helped and guided by josh Liston on Thursday afternoon. Extremely professional and had amazing customer service and knowledge of the products. Helped my wife and I buy our first juicer. Allround ground experience! Will be back again for our next purchase

I don't like leaving a bad review but I am very disappointed with The Good Guys Albury services. If I knew what I was going to deal with I wouldn't have spent my money in their store. I was wrongly advise about products availability and was told it will be dispatched within the next week of purchase. Now two weeks after placing the order, multiple phone calls and vague answers I am advise that my order will be received in 6 weeks. One of the item ordered is a fridge so I would say quite an essential item to have in your kitchen. To top of the bad news the customer service experience with Brittany on the phone was underwhelming. Her blasé attitude wasn't helpful and border line rude. Not what I was hoping for and I wouldn't recommend their store to family or friends.
Purchased a dish washer it took three times before we had one without damage staff didnt want to know about it! Compensated after we complained otherwise would not have offered us anything.normally like good guys but on this occasion no!
Amazing deals! Had the best sales rep Peter I think his name was I could be wrong.but absolute legend! Did everything he could to get my housemate and I the best deal on a washer and dryer!
Even though the store was crazy busy being Boxing Day got served by Joshua L - best service out he was very helpful and had great product knowledge and helped me get what I needed and didn’t rush me 10/10

Only place in Albury /Wodonga to buy all your electrical needs. Staff are always friendly and they do great Deals.
I am not, in the main, one for poor reviews especially when businesses are struggling to currently make a go of it. I am though one who deals in reality and that being said, Saturday morning came away from Good Guys Albury feeling negative. Staff with exception of one female seemed more in grossed in their internal matters than giving service. Left the store feeling more an interruption than a customer. *Australians offering services need give reasonable service, not only paying lip service to offering a service to customers.
Bought a tv and sound bar, at same time, girl who served me, was very polite, told me best tv wot was going, she gave me a discount on tv and sound bar, they will always get my service now, thanks
We've recently purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Maddison S and she has been incredible!
If you're after something and want great service then go and speak to Maddie.
We won't purchase from anywhere or anyone else. Highly recommend!
Great place to buy white goods, they also have a great range of beauty products, electronic gear, reasonably priced tvs, in all sizes.
The staff are always available to help & know a lot about their stock.
We usually look at the good guys furst, as they offer great value for money.
Well worth popping in if you need to buy/replace something
It's a shame because The Good Guys Albury really do have a great range of products, but every time we shop there, the staff are consistently rude. More so the men on the floor than the women who serve us behind the counter. Finally learnt my lesson not to return this weekend after asking when they might be expecting something to arrive (which said online it was in stock in store, when it wasn't) and being met with an abrasive "Next Question" and "Welcome to 2022" from the guy serving. Didn't even bother to point out to us the next model up was on sale for $20 difference which we happily bought instead, no thanks to his 'wonderful' assistance.

We bought a Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer at a great price with delvery included.
We didn't need it to be delivered right away so just ordered and it was arranged to be delivered at our request. The delivery guys unpacked the fridge and set it in place explaining everything we needed to do once we turned it on. They took away all the packing. Very pleased with the service. The office staff were very helpful with our purchase informing us every step of the way. Thanks Good Guys Albury.
Looking to spend up to $3000 on a new tv, staff didn't seem interested had to chase to get one to come and help ended up at Harvey Norman big difference
I'd give them no stars but it's not an option. Terrible phone service. I've bought so many appliance at this store. I called to inquire about a filter. I was placed on hold too many times to count and passed on to a different associate FOUR different times. The first associate passed me on without even telling me and the second associate flat out told me that they could NOT help me. It was almost laughable. The last associate finally told me that I'd have to come into the store. To make matters worse, while they looked for the filter, I had the pleasure of hearing conversations about other shoppers being cast in a negative light. Not too impressive.
Always helpful. Latest purchase, once home we found that the product was not suitable as it was unstable (microwave with only three feet). Returned the product to the store and exchanged for a more stable model without any problems. The staff were very helpful and more than accomodating.
We found what we were looking for which was good.
I went there with my husband and 10 yo daughter to buy a vacuum cleaner for our house. The staff member that served us made inappropriate jokes about my husband paying for a vacuum cleaner for me with his bank card (shared account). My husband responded saying that it is both of our money. The salesman replied laughing that is what I tell "mine" (fiance) and proceeded to make a joke of it. I then said that I earn money too and it is literally my money also. The salesman dismissed this and continued to make jokes about it.
I can't believe that this man assumed my husband was taking me to a store to buy vacuum cleaner for me to clean the house with and that when I say it is also my money it is some sort of joke. Even my daughter stood there shocked at his comments.
I work full-time and financially contribute as much as my husband does and it is shocking to meet people living in the past like this that refuse to recognize women as being equal partners.
This is not a good sales attitude. I don't want to go back to this store.
