70The worst customer service I've ever experienced, they dont call you back when they promise, the staff are lazy and incompetent and an awful experience whenever i have to deal with them
Please, I beg anyone reading this review to not go to the Auburn Good Guys store. A boycott is currently underway to force action to address the massive amount of problems and complaints made against this franchise. Please take a stand, do not allow yourself to be bullied, harassed, and robed by these people.
Use to buy all our product from that store but we went and waited 15mn in the vacuum cleaner section and no one came past, some shops still don't get it how important customer service.
Dealt with Tas who gave us an excellent deal with a very competitive price full of knowledge thanks.
Helpful sales staff although limited selection of some products and the store sometime seems a bit messy.
Rude staff, anyone hardly bothers to even help the customers. Will not be going back to the Auburn store.
Wow I just read some of the negative reviews and they resonate my experience. Disgusting after sale service especially from management. They take no responsibility at all for their own errors. No empathy for the customer. Disgraceful attitude from the guy delivering. Wished I had read the reviews before buying. I’ll never shop there again.
Was very surprise at how friendly the staff was. She gave me a price which was $300 off their already discount price when i said i found their competitor are selling it cheaper. 10/10 would go back again.
Bought my Tv here. Had a problem with the Tv so I took it back to the shop.the staff checked it the way it is for them with extra care and it ended up it was my mistake thinking it has problem. Very nice staff. Thank you
The most unhelpful disgusting customer staff. Be careful buying from here. They sold us a smashed tv and would not exchange it for almost a week. Apparently they had to investigate. What a investigation woaaww. The most disgusting staff and management. If u can help it never buy from this store you will regret it.
