70That middle aged Chinese women on the shop floor doesn't know anything about customer service. Very rude and dismissive. Sack her or lose business.
The worst experience I had when buying white goods, thegoodguys cancelled the delivery three times without notice, I had to take two days off l, had to go to the store twice and only got the fridge delivered almost two weeks after I bought it.
I wouldn't recommend thegoodguys, if you can avoid buying there, the staff is not helpful and give no solutions other than auck it up or cancel your order.
I booked a delivery for my items and it was delivered to the wrong address. Rescheduled the delivery for the next day but they said there was no one home when I was inside my house and no one rang nor called all day. I rescheduled the date for the next day as a priority after speaking with the consultant however did not receive the delivery. I called them and it has not been scheduled. Not dealing with The Good Guys anymore. I wish I could give 0stars if it had options.
Do Not Purchase Anything Here!
I recently purchased a TV from this establishment, and the entire experience has been absolutely infuriating. It took weeks for the TV to be delivered, and today was supposed to be the day of delivery. After patiently waiting in my apartment all day, I decided to call the company to inquire about the status of the delivery. To make matters worse, I endured a 40-minute hold on the phone, only to be told that the delivery wouldn't happen today.
I am beyond dissatisfied and extremely angry with the service I have received. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company.
My order was never delivered, i received no communication from The Good Guys, I spent hours on the phone chasing, then finally received an email saying it was lost. Had to go through chat multiple times to get a refund as no one answered the phone line. Got an email confirmation saying the refund was processed only to find it had not been. I had to follow up multiple times again to confirm it will be processed today. There is no complaints department and on one occasion the customer service officer Petelo didn't believe me when I said I didn't receive the order. Appalling service.
A very demeaning, unprofessional and poor customer service experience with Kelly who was serving us at the front counter. She spoke in a high rude tone, whilst making faces that confirmed that she wasn’t happy working at Good Guys or serving customers. We were very unhappy and disappointed.
I ordered a specific washing machine which was listed to arrive by the 10th of April. The listing on their website claimed that it was in stock. It was not, and my order had not progressed at all by the estimated delivery time. I contacted customer support, and was told to wait until the 20th of April. I did. Nothing happened. I contacted them again, and was told to wait until early May. I did not want to wait more only to be told to wait again, so we changed the order for another model. It was delivered the next day. They just left it in the laundry doorway and left. I had to struggle to move it into place and set it up.
Horrendous service, the website lied, and no effort was made on their part at any point, other than getting my money. I had to chase them to get things moving. Never buying anything from them again.
Awful experience with this team, no phone support, the delivery service is frustrating with no answer, I am really wonder how they work.

Spent more than $8000 in one transaction but the sales didn't mention any promotion to me. The sales promised my order will delivery in 4 weeks, and ended up to 10 weeks. The service was terrible. The phone never got connected, No one reply The message.
I dont usually right reviews but what me and my wife experienced on Saturday was fabulous. We visited the good guys with an idea to view the fridge and washing machine we were interested in buying later in the future, however the guy named Gruvi or Gruven was so amazing as he suggested us to buy then itself as a sale was going on, not only that but he also gave us some amazing recommendations and also helped us save money on delivery by getting all washing machine, fridge and TV (too) in one cost off delivery. He was so patient with us and gave us enough time to

I booked Asus laptop as per online price. I told the sale guy I will be there before closing time or next day morning. When I went there next day morning, they refused to give me a laptop for same price which was booked and they tried to play tricks with me that price is now changed. Not a trusted customer service and they don't care about customers. I took time off from my work and went to buy it but its all wastage of time.
I went to the store on Boxing Day sale to buy a washing machine to replace my broken one. The salesperson Wayne was very helpful and gave me a good price including delivery and removal of the old machine. It was arranged for Wednesday 28 December. There was a little hiccup on delivery day as I was on their first delivery of the day and the delivery van was full and was a little small to put my machine in so had to arrange another pick up day. I thought this probably won't happen until after the New Year. I rang up the customer service and spoke to Brooke who was very friendly and promptly arranged the pick up on 31 December which was a Saturday and also New Year Eve. I am very happy with my new machine and every thing was fixed up before the New Year. Thank you Good Guys!
Terrible Customer service!
After waiting for an iMac for over 8 weeks without an update had to call and after waiting on hold i got updates saying that it still wasn’t in stock.i understand but at least a email update with that information.i got told i can get a refund so after some reserch i found that i can get the product faster from another company and decided to refund the iMac.
Called up waited on hold for 10 minutes and a lady answered and told me that she would look into it and put me on hold again. After another 5 minutes on hold it went to voicemail and hung up my call. I called up again and the same lady issued the refund immediately.
Mum waited for half an hour for service, even after asking a guy for help. When she asked for his advice he just told her "get one better than you had. " She left. What a waste of time.
Ordered a Samsung fridge 2 months ago but no delivery and no update from the store about the delivery, I tried to contact them every time they said out it's out of stock. Tried to speak to manger about this issue held the line for 30 mins but no response from them. All false committments before selling the product. Completely dissatisfied and stressful experience.
Good guys auburn store. Unfortunately bought a product which was delivered weeks late!

And the best part, store does not help customer at all! Doesnt answer phone properly. No customer support whatsoever!
Great store. Immediate service was very happy with the discounted price I received for the top quality fan I bought. Had an issue with my car they let me charge my phone enough so I could sent an online request to the nrma. Will be back to buy more top quality appliances.
Huge time wasters, terrible service. I ordered almost $1000 in product and on the morning of the delivery nobody in the store could tell me whether the item had been picked up or not. I've called back more than 5 times, am constantly put on hold then forgotten about, and still I have no clue when my items will arrive. The manager has avoided my call at all costs. It's downright insulting.
Do yourself a favour and order from a competent and reputable retailer (not Good Guys).
The customer service is horrible. Since no one came to service for 20 min, I grabbed the item (Dyson hair dryer) to the counter. But the lady at the front said have to deal with a sales and she will send someone over. Waited for another 10 min and no one came. I'm leaving the shop and leaving the review.
