If you are owner you might be the king but as tenants we been taken for idiots.

- Maintenance has never been done, lawn of the land never mowed ever.
- The real estate only fixed damaged things which could lead to severe damages of the property.
- We had contaminated water for more than 3 months and when we left the property the issue was still not fixed, we've been all sick.
- The house has been left cleaned, timber floors polished, carpet washed, wall cleaned up, power points and switches cleaned up, maw mowed and we received a 4 page report of what they want to charge on the bond including: insects in the bath? I cannot control the insects when I leave the property, also dead insects around kitchen island.when I think that we've cleaned everything until the last minute, floors dirty and not swipped.etc

The property manager we had and the landlords were been awful. I will never rent a property with them ever.

Photograph sample of what they want to charge us, the glass of the shower is ticked to the sink: I don't know how I could clean that even if I tried actually, a horrible clock that has been here for ages, our style is beach we don't wear black, window track vaccumed one day before we left, apparently not enough, outdoor down screen.
