Over the past 2 years we have dealt with The Edge as landlords and tenants, and have had no problems with their management. Perhaps this was because they found a "good tenant" for us, and we were in turn good tenants.
Just a note for prospective tenants: -
If you are uncertain of your future movements, take note of any "Break lease" conditions. Do not assume they will conform to Office of Fair Trading principles. This was an expensive lesson to learn.

Crystal has been awesome. She has managed multiple properties for us for many years. She is constantly communicating any updates, finding the perfect tenants and always ensures that both the tenants and myself are always kept well informed and looked after.
It means I don''t have to lift a finger and can always trust that the property is maintained and looked after.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the owners stepped in and helped me out with a difficult situation with a renting agent. If it was based on her performance I would giving a minus 10.
