The Coaching Room

The Coaching Room and Jay Hedley have played a huge part in my professional and personal development over the past 2.5 years through their NLP and Personal Coaching Programs. Jays leadership, guidance and expertise contributed massively to the success of the Fiji Mens 7s rugby team at the Tokyo Olympics where I was an Assistant Coach and now with me personally as I embark with the Fijian Drua`s entry into Super Rugby as an Assistant Coach as. I am excited about continuing my development with him well into the future.

We have been using the Coaching Room Integral Leadership programme across our organisation for the past 2 years - the coaches are all very professional and provide really good support to us as we seek to deepen our leadership skills and transform our organisational culture.

We have enjoyed working with Jay Hedley and the Coaching Room team to have executive coaching sessions. The course that changed my life, NLP.and all other TCR courses, highly recommend!

The pay for the course once and return for free again and again is not an offer that many providers do and meant that the learning is truly embodied.

Main takeaways for me have been:

- Seeing all that's running outside of attentional field.

- Being less triggered and anxious etc.

- Viewing external events from a more objective, healthier place.

- Learning to communicate with others and understand that they are not the same as me!

- Learning from a team of experts operating at a Developmental stage beyond most humans.
