Integral Leadership, based on Wilber's work, is excellent as it is so applicable on a daily basis, whatever your role. Like all of TCR's courses, you will understand yourself more, and others more. You will grow your capacity to fluidly adapt moment by moment as a human, as a leader. This is another excellent course to add to the mosaic that is your life.

I was introduced to The Coaching Room mid-2022. Since then, I have completed two training courses, started the Advanced Communications, participated in numerous training and information sessions and will be starting the NLP Master Practitioner Course June this year.

I've been part of The Coaching Room community for about 6 or so years. Having done several courses, the person I was prior to commencing the journey is certainly not the one that sits here now.

It was almost a decade ago that I found The Coaching Room, and from there, I found a series of tools to understand myself, what informed my thoughts, how deeply I feel, and how one can be present to listen.

Over what became multiple courses and some private coaching, I became intrigued by the capacity of our instructors, how well they could listen, and how they framed questions to enable a person to find the meaning they are holding.

I can not articulate how unique, how emotive this learning has been for me.

Years later, the team announced a new program entitled Integral Leadership.

From there, due to time zones, via correspondence, I attended in my way, and for months, in the end, I listened to the recordings after recordings.

On so many occasions, I returned to specific lessons as I felt some moments, some questions and statements were profound for me; I just had to keep hearing these things because they inspired such significant thought.

Once again, I gained a much more profound understanding of myself and what surrounds me, enabling me to observe more effectively and facilitate shared meaning for the better of all involved.
