I would say the best place that I have ever been in Sydney, after going through umpteen other options. Professional, well trained therapists, they really do know their stuff and is worth every penny that they charge. I am a regular with Douglas for remedial massage and you just need to let him do his magic.

Today I had a wellness package, 2 hours of bliss, a 30 minute foot detox (foot soak and massage) followed by a 90 minute remedial massage. I left floating on cloud 9 and hope to return again for another massage.

I had a really sore shoulder that was preventing me from sleeping well and Martin used acupuncture and massage to work through it. The next day the pain had completely gone away. Miracle worker! I couldn't take anything for it as I'm pregnant. I'll be back for anymore aches and pains during pregnancy for sure. Thank you

I love this place! The moment you enter through the door you feel that you can relax and nurture yourself. It's peaceful and super relaxed atmosphere. The therapist are beautiful and make sure you have a great experience.

I was visiting Sydney for about 5 weeks. As I was walking down King Street I noticed The Buddha Bar. I checked out their website when I got back to the house where I was staying. Shiro Dhara- what? ! I work as an Esthetician and have had a lot of massage treatments. I had heard of this treatment and always wanted to try it. If you don't know what it is check out their website.
Booked my appointment with Trish. Let me say she did not disappoint. She was just perfect. So perfect in fact that I went back every week until I left Sydney. I so wish I lived closer! She just knew where I needed work done. Her hands instantly found those knots and tight spots on my upper back. She is incredible!

Annemarie clearly knows her stuff and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. Gave a quick and thorough evaluation of my pain and was straight into a targeted massage, easily found all my tight spots and worked them through with great skill. Her solid understanding of anatomy and muscle movement is obvious and really adds to the quality of the massage. Thank you!

Great remedial massage! I was really impressed and will be back. I’ve had lots of massages in the past and this stacked up. Very relaxing but also got right into my sore points.
