24 I'm going to be brutally honest here.
Clearly the people need more training and more attention to detail. If I could give a zero star rating with a comment I would.
I am very particular in my eye brows and I do not like to tell someone how to do their job.
But I have never had a more worse experience than I had last week. I was a walk in customer yes, but I also was a paying customer. I asked for thin shaped tinted brows I walked out looking worse than I did when I got there. Do not recommend this place. I'm aware I had my children with me, and it was a quick job but if you're paying you DO NOT want to go home and fix the issue yourself.
I went in for an eyebrow tidy. And because the lady didn't check what I wanted she went and made my eyebrows thin. I am never getting my eyebrows threaded ever again. Why do they always make eyebrows thin when the trend is for a thicker brow. The lady was nice but I am unhappy with the result, after she did the first eyebrow of which I was nervous what she was doing I made sure to say not to touch an area I was growing in to align with my mid nostril, I told I had been trying to grow them in. I think with that instruction she then made that eyebrow less thinner. So one thinner tailed eyebrow than the other. Not happy with the result.
Lovley staff, excellent service and so much cheaper than other places I have been. Thankyou girls:)
Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today, very dissapointed with how they look, so i naturally dont have thick brows but enough to have them shaped. I was taken into a room to have them waxed, it was very poor lighting which i found odd as they normally have a super bright light to go above to see the fair hairs etc. I was sat down after to tint my brows which the front of shop also has poor dull lighting, after five minutes the tint was removed.they looked ok from a distance, it wasnt until i got to my car and had a look in the sunlight that my eyebrows were a completely different shape and one was still super hairy at the ends and the other was missing way too much hair at the end. Im super annoyed and its not something that can fixed.
