Terrible. The place was filthy, so dirty and stuff messed up everywhere. I got a eyelash lift and tint there, everyday since then my lashes have fallen out constantly. The eyelash and lash tint stuff, was reused including the pad under neath my eyes. As soon as she put on the chemicals it stung and i asked why and she said it was proberly the glue, And after looking at my lashes my eyelashes after they were done they were stuck to the top of my eye lids which i had to wait up to 24 hours to get it off. This was the most awful experience ever. I would never recommend going here.

Horrible experience did not try and soothe my face after waxing and left my eyebrows uneven and unshaped after henna dye also had green splotches

She used me at her workplace I was working with her. Roma harassed me at her workplace she commented on my body that I am fat. She took money for my hours and always demanded some money from me. She said lied to customer take money from them and said you got hairs there and take more money from customers. When I tried to talk to her she called security. She did take my money for 2 hours she didn’t pay me. Her name is Roma.

I had my eyelashes done, they were crooked & the glue was excessive. She charged me $170
During the ONE WEEK I had them on, I had lost most of them & the few that remained were sticky & messy. After a week I went back & had them removed. All my natural lashes were affected & barely visible! She then charged me another $50 for the removal!

Horrible experience, was overcharged and the lady waxed the end of my eyebrow off. Will not be back and would not recommend. Please try Forever Bronze instead amazing service, friendly staff and understanding - they fixed this mistake and were so supportive.

I go there every fortnight and Roma is really friendly and does a great job. It is really a comfort place to relax. Highly recommended to anyone.

Terrible eyelash experience. I went in for an eyelash lift and tint which was quite painful to begin with. The rude lady that did it basically curled my eyelashes back on to themselves which made my eyelashes look far shorter than they were to begin with. Definitely not a “lift” as advertised. I have had plenty of lifts from other places and this has never happened. I went back the next day and they said if they tried to fix their mistake my eyelashes would fall out. They suggested I go to Priceline to purchase a fake set of lashes to cover their mistake and refused to issue a refund. If I could give them less than a one star rating I would.

I specifically said regarding the tint, not too dark. Walked out looking like one of the angry birds. Paid $50 for the pleasure.

Lovely staff. I've just moved up from western Sydbey and was so happy to find a beauty place on the coast that does threading. I find waxing leaves a red rash and sometimes gives me pimples. Love threading and she was lovely and did a great job.

I went do do my-eyebrow waxing. The lady could not do it and asked if she could do threading instead. Later on she ended of with my eyebrows completely messed up. She didn’t apologise rather she was arguing that she is cleaning up my eyebrows. So incompetent and irresponsible rude staff. Not even deserve one star rating.

Went in for a tidy up and tint. My brows have never looked so uneven & patchy. I do not recommend!

Went in for eyebrow threading today. I left with two different shaped eyebrows both eyebrows are patchy with holes in them. Extremely painful compared to other places as well. Definitely don't recommend.

I should have read the prior reviews! I’ve never experienced so much pain for eyelash tint (or any other beauty procedure).
And the tint didn’t take & I walked out with red raw eyes & no tint!
The girl was on her own, rushed & I question her training.

This place advertises $10 eyebrow wax or threading but what they don’t tell you until you go to pay is that it’s extra if they are “overgrown “

Sorry to inform you about your staff from bateau bay beauty and brows the girl work on Sunday she is very rude and never has smile on her face my wife went for threading on Sunday while she was doing her threading she did seaze and didn’t change her gloves she was coughing continues and her kids was with her making too much noise her kids were interrupting her while she was working my wife was very disappointed by her she didn’t took her all hair out from her face.
