45Terrible experience. My product was badly damaged when I opened the box. When I rang to tell the store they suggested I might have damaged the product myself. They are now ignoring my emails and have not replaced the product.
I bought a BBQ from here earlier this year (2017). After telling me each week it would arrive the next week I only got it 2 months later. I then had problems with it and went into the store to get a replacement part however it never arrived and I was never called back. Tired of having to follow up with this place and as a result will never buy another BBQ from them again.
Purchased a little beer can chicken stand from these guys. Best price online. Free delivery. Fast service. Loads of communication. Perfect.
Bloody excellent! Needed Cyprus skewers for grand Final day, they had the cheapest with free delivery to me in townsville and it got to me in three days! Outstanding service!
Very poor service. They say they will deliver on a particular day that the BBQ is required. When it doesn't turn up on that day and you ring them, they don't really care. Just say they will call on Monday. So what if the BBQ was ordered for a particular event. Doesn't seem to be their problem.
I would suggest to people to look to buy a BBQ elsewhere that actually care about their customers.
