Ten Ren Tea Australia reviews
26 Two employees at 3: 00 pm on September 7th,
Tall girls are very polite and gentle
The short guy wearing the hat has a bad attitude. I don’t know what he’s talking about.
Told to wait at least 25mins for a drink. Walked away. Should just close down for the day.
I got the 913 King's Oolong Milk Tea and it was so good! One of the best I've ever had.
There are many different types of options found at this store that you are most likely not able to find at mainstream places.
I also bought the King Oolong Tea leaves and I really like the quality and the uniqueness of the flavour.
The staff were friendly and were able to help me out efficiently.
I like the tea speciality culture this company brings. I also like that it is authentic to Taiwan.

Pearl fresh milk, green half sugar and less ice, delicious! The sweetness is not very sweet, it feels like a little sugar from another family
Ten Ren Tea offers fantastic qualities teas which are all made fresh to order.
Must haves are Tie Guan Yin and Puer with Chrysanthemum and Honey.
Also, if you are in need of a gift they have an excellent tea shop selling tea bricks and other great gift ideas.
Today we ordered a hot drink, but the girl working there (probably the manager) made a cold drink for us instead…. Her customer service was very rude that she didn’t apologise for that but dared to ask us rudely again whether we ordered a hot drink. She didn’t pay attention to customers’ order that’s very bad. Also, her manner was like she doesn’t want to work there and serve customers anymore. We hope that her customer service can be improved or just doesn’t have to work there anymore. Thanks!
King Oolong milk tea is my go to drink here. The tea itself has a great fragrant and flavour. There’s a shop inside selling tea bags and tea-making stuff. Nice lady serving me.
The BEST tea in Sydney! Boba is always nicely cooked, not too hard, not too soft. They always use freshly brewed tea for the drinks so though it takes bit of time, I always give Ten Ren a go when in Chatswood
Absolutely superb.incredibly yummy and healthy … made fresh right in front of you.nice girls
I just love it
My absolute favourite tea
Highly Highly Recommended
A pearl tea shop always run out of pearl …. Understand might be cost saving issue. However, after 3-4 times attempts. We give up
Fake and undrinkable ‘premium’ matcha. Terrible quality at a price point of 42$.
No acknowledgment from staff and owner. Zero customer service, no apology, no refund or even store credit. ‘You buy it you keep it, not our problem’. Awful.
I really liked the boba that I had - I got the 913 King's Oolong Milk Tea and it was so good! One of the best I've ever had.

I love boba tea so this store was perfect for me.
I basically stopped getting bubble tea from anywhere else since I discovered this shop. It is one of the few shops in Sydney that uses homemade honey and fresh milk in drinks.
They are tea specialists in Taiwan. There are more selections of tea is than usual tea shops. Furthermore, the milk tea is full of stronger tea flavour, and their pearls taste to be soak in honey before. I will say they will be my first choice when I want a bubble tea.
My favourite is 913 tea with honey. The price is not cheap however the tea quality is really good.
Today is hot. In the afternoon I bought a cup of orange green tea. The orange was found to be sour. But the store still continues to use it. I am disappointed。I have never found this problem before. Hope you can improve. Although I will never visit your store again
Really enjoyed the matcha milk tea with ice cream, they made it just right and you can really feel the effort they put into making these drinks.or maybe it was because i was the last customer of the day
Not a large variety of the teas, natural and unflavoured teas are too harsh tasting. Nice staff, though some couldn't speak English, tried to help nonetheless.
The tea selling is not bad. The milk tea drinks made from fresh tea and fresh milk are healthy but don't taste good.
Weak tea and they were a bit surprised we only wanted to drink tea. Served tea in what looks like a beer Mug. Costs $15.5 for 2 teas. And weren’t very generous with the pearl servings either. Teensy bit. It’s the branded ten ren tea, but really Nothing to write home about.
