Team8 Physio

I’ve been receiving treatment at Physio8 for close to 6 months during pregnancy and cannot fault the team. John gave me some exercises to do at home, between appointments, using an excellent/easy to use app with quick tutorial videos to ensure exercises are completed in the right form. Overall, my lower back pain has improved immensely and I now have some great exercises/tools to continue with after my Physio journey. I would highly recommend John to anyone.

I saw Dan and he quickly identified my problem and what I wanted to be able to do, then prescribed me a program which has helped. He's been very friendly and professional, the whole experience has been easy and is achieving the results I'd hoped for.

Alex has been great. Firstly with the correct diagnosis of an uncommon shoulder condition and secondly for his effective management of my recovery from knee arthroscopy and ITB release. His thoughtful approach and communication with my surgeons have made a bug difference to the whole experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment and care provided by Christine. She is punctual. She has carefully diagnosed my problem/injury and taken a course of action to fix it which has been very effective. Christine has a realistic view of what she can ask clients to do as part of their rehab. And finally she is very easy to get on with. All in all, a winner!
