Hi I saw Beverly @ Team 8 Physio about a suspected torn ligament in my left leg & she went thru the symptoms & recommended that I get an MRI done to gauge the extent of damage. Beverly went thru a range of exercise to do & follow up over the next of weeks. Beverly compassion & professionalism was appreciated even after I had recovered to make sure I was ok.thank you

I went to Team8 Physio for a long term ankle injury. I saw Beverley Kang who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my rehabilitation. Through strengthening exercises my ankle is a lot stronger and I'm able to return to playing soccer on the weekends. I highly recommend Team8 and would go there again.

John Wunder has been looking after and relieving my arthritic back problems with ongoing and maintenance treatment for a couple of years now. I certainly highly recommend John for any treatment you need.

Beverly was able to help me on a Saturday morning when I did something to my neck which needed urgent attention. This is a very friendly practice and is near where I live.

Went through a knee replacement and was referred by my surgeon to Team 8. A great choice as it turned out, under the care of my physio Bev Kwan I was back at work in about 6 weeks, though I felt good to go earlier than that. A great practice with great therapists and a thoroughly excellent rehab regime. I highly recommend this group of professionals.

I was referred to Team8 Physio by my doctor after a shoulder injury. Ari and Bev have been fantastic, helping me regain flexibility and strength. Bev is friendly and helpful with exercises to take home and I’ve felt a lot of progress. The location next to Fitness First really helps to get demonstrations and checks on form when using weights. Highly recommended.

Every member of the team is excellent. Massage, physio and pilates with Team8 have allowed me to use my back and body how I never thought I could. From years of having a bad back, I now have capability I thought I had lost forever.

I recently had a 60minute massage with Szilvia. The massage was excellent! Szilvia managed to release alot of the knots in my shoulders. The full body massage made me feel like I was floating as I left, needless to say I will be back again soon! Thank you so much Szilvia for your expertise in massage.

Dan and the team at Team8 Physio have been excellent in supporting me during my rehabilitation program since knee surgery. From provided an excellent service, to phone check-ins and working directly with surgeon, the team has gone above and beyond.
They provide a friendly and caring approach while going above and beyond and work very closely as a team to ensure whoever is attending your appointments is well briefed on your physio program during holiday periods etc.

Dan is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He breaks down the issues and injuries into simple, understandable concepts. His approach of laying out a plan and being guided through the process, is a method that really works for me. I would definately recommend Dan as I have found his services and suggested exercises to be very effective.

In the first place, I have to say, Rhea at the reception, she is amazing. Al very lovely too. And Veronika as massage therapist and Dan as my physio… I can’t live without them. Migraines are so much better since I met them.
