45Great customer service, friendly, polite, give an impression that they are happy to be at work which is something that is lacking in a lot of places these days, go out of their way to help you, recognise if you have already been passed around at another store, they want to help you find what you are looking for.
Me and a group of friends were shopping in the store and were constantly followed and watched by staff members who appeared suspicious of us, even going as far as to ask other staff members to keep an eye on us. Students are required to have backpacks to carry our belongings, it doesn't mean we're thieves. We believe we were treated poorly by the staff and will be shopping elsewhere next time.
Great store with a huge variety of goods whether it's clothing, homewares, or specialty goods. Helpful staff and well presented complex.
