Target / Kotara

Target Kotara - I have been charged a $50 return fee on a product that was sent away for warranty / repair. The product was deemed by the company (Nintendo) not to be faulty (which is an argument for another time). The issue is, I was later told I would be charged a fee of $50 for the product to be either returned or repaired. I was NOT told that I would be charged this fee before I decided to return the product for a warranty claim. The product being returned is only worth $50 brand new. I am unhappy that the staff member I dealt with as she did not give me this information before the product was sent away. The manager on the phone was not willing to give me any leeway or any offer of a discount on a new product to make up for the mistake of her staff member.

I forgot about 2 hour parking. Spent over $200 in the centre and got stung $6 for being 15 mins over the 2 hours. Remember the 2hr free parking limit.

Needs to have more signs/maps of the shops and car parks for non locals.an app showing you the nearest car park to the store you want to visit would be very helpful.

Still prefer this place over Charlestown square, I do wish Aldi was in this complex instead of over at the home maker's place, but all in all it's really good

Good prices and quality of items are usually pretty good. Love that there self checkout doesnt go off every few items.

Clean, modern, with lots of stock. Easy to get around, not too crowded. Good quality goods, at good prices.

I bought two pairs of underpants from Target Kotara two days ago. Staff were both welcoming and helpful (in contrast to those at Big W Raymond Terrace this morning). As it turns out, Targets prices were about 10% lower than Big W!

Unlike Big W, the checkout process was seamless. Staff were extremely helpful (the opposite of those at Big W Raymond Terrace, where they were inclined to lecture me on the deficits of my society).

Well done Target. Totally abysmal service from your competitors at Big W. I will shop with Target Kotara again!

Nice store, unfortunately no staff about to ask a question other than the greeter @ front door & a supervisor @ self service checkouts. Target was in the past a go to shopping venu but has gone the way of so many other establishments NO STAFF NO SERVICE. I truly am disappointed to see this happening to a once vibrant & enjoyable venue. # Wake up Target Service was once King.

Stock levels are low due to Covid, can be easier shopping online. Stores are bright and well organised.

Love Target, better than Kmart, its just nicer, better presentes and the products are of a higher quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I love shopping at Target Garden City but really want the checkouts to come back. If I want to do my own scanning I will apply for a job.
However the staff are helpful and you can see the staff on the floor to assist you if needed.

Rarely give reviews like this. Woman with shoilder length dark hair on the cashier area has now been pretty rude on two visits.
First time ok but second time the same. Absolute disinterest. Will try somewhere else.

Typical Target store, staff was quick to attend and the store was nice clean and had a great variety of products on sale.

Store was confusing with women clothes being so unorganised, I could not find anything for myself to buy and just left. Their maternity clothes are the worst.

It is a shop in a huge mall. Shop shelves was stocked, staff members were helpful. Easy to walk around.

The toy section is medium small and the video games section is quite small so this is a clothes target not a kids gifts target

When you can find me a target that isn't like all the rest, I'll give this one a more detailed review.

Friendly staff, clean easy layout. Find your basics and great fashions for all the family here plus books, toys, household items, baby gear, dvds and bedding. There quality clothing is a step up from Kmart and more trendy.

A modern Target with a very large selection. Men's clothes has a decent range, more than the other big shops.

It's probably one of the biggest in the area, hence the big range.

If you're coming to Westfield to shop here specifically, you can get a park at the top of the escalator just be the entrance, easy in and out.

Terrible staff. I walked around the whole store and no one could help me. Will be shopping elsewhere
