Had a very pleasant experience at Takashi & Team, the staff is incredibly friendly, professional and responsive. Mia is an excellent hairstylist who listened to my concerns and requests and would ask me about my thoughts about the haircut before finishing it off. Even though I was unable to properly express how I wanted my hair to look like, Mia was able to understand what I was going for and gave me a wonderful haircut that I was very satisfied with. She even kindly took the time to explain to me how to blow dry my hair. Mia was extremely patient and communicative with me the entire process and gave exemplary service. Thank you team!

Hair Type: Asian, chest-length straight black hair.

I got a digital perm (loose at the top with tight curls at the bottom) and a fringe. The whole procedure took a little over 4 hours and it turned out amazing.

I don't remember the stylist's name but she had short blonde hair. I'd definitely recommend her! This will definitely be my new go-to salon, can't beat their quality and price.

Worst hair cut I've received. Allen didn't pay attention to what I wanted, and absolutely messed up my hair, I didn't think it was possible for a professional that charged $60 to mess up my fringe that badly. In the middle of my hair cut he stopped and cut someone else's hair, and made me wait which I found quite disrespectful and unprofessional. I would upload a picture of the hair cut but it's too embarrassing. Anyways, definitely not going back there, and would never recommend this place, at least if you do try this place I recommend to stay away from Allen.

Have been here a few times now seeing Taka for Japanese hair straightening and a haircut.

The team here are always very polite, attentive, efficient and are amazing at what they do.

Will be coming here for many more years to come.

Yesterday my boyfriend came here for a haircut. He looked good at first, but he cut his hair short because of his long hair. The result! ! This shop shaved his hair much, much thinner! Now my boyfriend's head is growing horizontally! They also tried to fix the volume with hairspray to make up for it, poor technique! !

Had a middle parting that was getting a bit too settled in - they understood my problem and made recommendations based on my crown. Really great service! Thankyou

Both my girls had their hair permanently straightened here and it was fantastic they were so great with the girls and we loved the results we are going back soon for their roots to be done highly recommend!

Had a good experience doing a regrowth straightening treatment. The haircut was a bit rushed possibly because it was an add on. I will be back

Called to book an appointment but the girl was quite abrupt and rude.decided to book else where based on first impressions

On Monday 9 January 2023 I have booked from December in the hope that in the new year it can look beautiful, I did a hair cut and hair coloring but the results were really disappointing, my hair looks like I dyed it myself at home.the color looks bright only on the top.the people who did it looked unskilled. I'm not someone who likes to complain. This is the first time I'm reviewing because I'm really disappointed

Just got out and I'm incredibly pleased with the result.
I was pretty hesitant to get a perm and style because I was so used to my long bun but the result was fantastic.
I gave a general idea and he made it happen. Was also kind enough to squeeze a style for me as well.

For men's, pretty average haircut. They cater to a specific style but the stylist I got was pretty rough with the electric razor and missed the mark on style.

DO NOT GET A PERM HERE. Easily the worst haircut I've ever had, even though I showed them photos of what I wanted I walked out with the opposite of what I asked for.

This is my second visit just to get my Japanese hair straightening done. Taco the hairdresser did an amazing job today on my hair. My hair is so silky and smooth.

Really lovely staff, they do a good job and they prices are good. I got japanese hair straightening done there and it stayed for 2yrs and counting. I do their deep conditions and they help my hair stay soft

Taka did such an amazing job with my hair and was skilled enough to produce exactly what I asked for in my reference photos with helpful suggestions on what would best frame my face, etc.
