Perfect for families. Koala and lizard enclosures were a highlight. Pretty happy with size of enclosures and zoo is kept in good condition. Aquatic park a good idea.

Lady on the counter was avoiding to give tax invoice other than that they have friendly staff. I would say they are bit expansive and there focus was more on making money rather than providing entertainment.

Beautiful wildlife park with a splash water area for kids and to cool down. Lovely enclosures which mimic their actual environments. But too small for the birds, crocodiles, reptiles and insects. Need to increase the size of their enclosures.
Feeding area for kangaroos, emu’s and farm animals.
A beautiful white echidna and young red pandas. $36 AUD entry. Can do encounters too.

Not really impressed staff are miserable especially the welcoming team hmmmm. Would not go again maybe the staff need to attend the reptile park training centre to see what real customer service is about

It's definitely something to do with your kids if you're in the area on just heading south on the highway. The park has great infrastructures for the animals and you can encounter a couple of them against extra fees. Note that you can cuddle kangaroos, goats and lamas for free.
The water splash park is a great addition. My son spent more time and had more fun in the water park than the wildlife park because of the hot weather.

Great activities for families - both the park and the splash park are great additions to break up the day, especially for younger kids. Splash park is alot of fun. Even for the adults! Great information talks and the junior zoo keeper camp for school holidays was fantastic. My son had a ball and couldn't stop telling me what he'd learned which is great.

Great place to see the animals! So much better than a zoo! The sanctuary is amazing! You get to see very close to the animals! I loved it

Great place to see thre Animals up close! The addition of the water park and playground areas make it a perfect place to spend the day.

Plenty of shaded areas with tables to sit and relax all over the park.

A really enjoyable zoo with heaps of shade and seating areas. You are close to the animals with the highlight being feeding the friendly wallabies.

Will be great to bring a picnic to.

There is also a water splash park area for the kids.

Good variety of animals. All looked happy and healthy. Very close up and personal time with the koala having the photos taken. Kangaroos were lovely but not very interested in the feed we bought to give them! Haha. The cheetah looked very impressive. Lovely family day out.

Small zoo with loads of fun for kids including a water splash area. Feeding kangaroo/alpaca/farm animals was much loved by kids.
Its very near to Helensburg Sri Venkateswara Temple.

This is a MUST DO, especially if you have children! The folks at Symbio are constantly working to improve their facilities and customer experience. We loved our visit, as did our little granddaughter.

Was a good day out with plenty of interaction with the animals, would give more stars but a alpaca spat in my face when I was there so deducting points for that, worst part was I rode there so putting a helmet on full of alpaca spit wasn't pleasant to say the least since purchased new helmet

Great place with so many amazing animals. I love the walk and it’s orientation which takes about approximately 2+ hours to get to every corner of the park and spend enough time interacting with the animals

Had a great fun day. Volunteer staff roaming around with lizards, snakes, owls all very informative and helpful. Meerkats were an absolute delight with 5 new babies running around. Plenty of seating, enclosures we're all very well done.

Always a great time at Symbio. The park is smaller, and the vibes are better than a larger zoo. Plus the animals are always either being fed, checked on, sunbaking, or playing. Great to see the animals taken care of so well!
