43 Did you lose something on the train? You will find no help, no compassion, nothing. The lost items process will only amplify the horror of losing something dear. They will not help you. They will not even pick up the phone. You can only register online and hope that someone actually reads it. I doubt anyone does. Your property is gone.
It’s worse because probably some Good Samaritan turned it in. But your property is in a black hole of dispassionate bureaucracy. You will never find it
Been calling 2 times a day between 10am and 4pm for 3 days now (all weekdays), never get an answer. Don't reply to emails. Absolutely useless, especially if you cannot get around easily
