Dr Geoffrey Au, Spending his time really listening to me. Glad to have doctor like this in Sydney. The centre just expensive than other, that’s the only thing.

I was attended by Dr, he was very logical in his approach towards analysis and treatment and was able to figure out the problem to a good extent.

Been coming here for years to see Dr Geoffrey Au and he is probably one of the coolest doctors I have ever met. There is a reason some days getting an appointment with him is next to impossible and you shouldn't pay much mind to any of the negative comments directed at the practice or it's staff.

Rude staff. Didn't even tell me I couldn't be seen due to lack of organisation until 2 hours later.

I've used this Medical Centre since 2008, and although I wasn't impressed with a couple of doctors (who don't work there anymore), I found most doctors were considerate, helpful and switched on. There's 3 or 4 doctors that I've found excellent. I haven't worked in the City since 2010, but keep on going back for the good services and convenience.

The opening hours stated 7am-9pm. Got there at 8pm limping due to an injury from a soccer match near by. The male receptionist said that they are close already even though it's only 8pm Did not care at all even though he saw me injured and couldn't give an ice pack when I asked for one. I would think as a Medical Practice they should show their duty of care especially when they see someone clearly injured. This medical practice does not put value in patient care.

This place is absolutely horrible. After 2 and half hours waiting on Monday night, receptionist informed that GP doctor won't be to check up before closing at 9pm so we have to go somewhere else or come back tomorrow morning. If they won't be able to provide the service, patients should be informed earlier, not keep us waiting almost 3 hours.

There was a long wait but I was requested to either wait or come back in an hour. I met doctor sophia, she was quite helpful and listened to me patiently.

Saw Dr. Au today, has been my doctor for several years now.always pleasant and expedient and friendly. Takes time to ask all the questions and find out what's going on.

Always waiting over 2 hours, need to put more drs on Thursday and receptionist didn't tell dr what I was there for was just an injection that took 2 minutes to administer.

The receptionist on the phone was super helpful in helping me find the place and very polite and friendly when I arrived! I only had to wait about 10min before a doctor saw me, he was friendly and patient. I needed a new script for some essential medication and I was able to be in and out within my lunch break:) will definitely go here again if I'm in urgent need!

Horrible place, the doctor's attitude is very bad. No expectation and no patience to patients. They should learn how to expect patients first!
