Went to see Hamilton. It was superb. Our seats and view were excellent from Row B of Dress Circle. Happy to comply with all covid-19 guidelines, however there were huge numbers of people crushed together in the theatre stairwells and the exit stairwells. Maybe need to revise the exit policy.

Beautiful theatre and only a few minor things to note, can be very crowded while waiting to be seated, seats are very close together and exiting was pretty intense with long lines for the stairs due to narrow halls before them and everyone jammed in together. Otherwise a lovely theatre!

My friends and I went to see Hamilton last night and i just wanted to say how amazing the front of house staff members were! Unfortunately I started to feel extremely unwell right before the production started and the staff members were so attentive and amazing. I was so scared and anxious because i didn’t know what was going on but they calmed me down and then offered me seats near the exit door. I started to feel sick as soon I sat back down in the theatre so i left and they got me and my friend a chair in the foyer to watch the TV so we didn’t miss anything.we were given a room which is usually for high paying customers so we could enjoy the production and they consistently checked up on us. Special thanks to Izzy, Sharn and the ushers that were on dress circle doors 29-27 and doors 10-13 and all the other front of house staff members that were so amazing and attentive! We were so excited to finally watch hamilton and fortunately it wasn’t ruined thanks to them!

Hamilton at the Lyric Theatre Sydney
We had the best time and must congratulate the Sydney crew and production for the performance on Saturday 29 May. I thought the production very closely followed the original Broadway production so thank you so much for authenticity. We had a few understudies who did an amazing job, including Jimmie “J. J” Jeter who played Alexander Hamilton, he was great in the role and Lin-Manuel would have been really proud. I was dancing in my seat all night, We couldn’t stop talking about the production. Really well done. Thank you and love to see it again.

Amazing theatre - we went to see Hamilton and the experience just blew us away - in the interval standing in the upper lobby and looking at the city lights over Darling Harbour through the huge glass wall whilst we had a drink just added to the ambience. If you are looking for somewhere to eat before the show don’t turn right at the top of the stairs - we did and we ended up in the casino (where we definitely didn’t want to be). Instead go straight ahead and there’s a good selection of eateries in a food court sort of area.

Absolutely beautiful theatre! We came here to watch the production of Hamilton and nothing could have topped our experience. The staff were all very accomodating and made it easy for us to navigate our way around all the facilities. Great views from every seat!

The theatre is large, well constructed and the stage can be seen from all of the seats. I attended a production of Hamilton and was able to hear all the lyrics.the sound system was that good. The presentation, lighting, staging and performers were excellent. I would strongly recommend a visit to this theatre and this production.

Went here to see Shrek the Musical and the Bodyguard, and both times it was a pleasant experience!

Great decorations, good food and drink selection, comfy seats and a great stage:)

Can't fault this theatre. Every seat has a great view. Located in The Star with easy access by car or public transport. First class and street style dining both within 2 minutes walk. Disabled access and bar facilities. We saw the final performance of Shrek The Musical which was excellent. Have never seen a bad show here and will definitely be back for the next big show.

Good theater in the casino which has a decent number of restaurants and also a food fair for less expensive or faster dinner options. Easily accessible via the street car or buses.

Shrek was excellent. The actors involved gave fabulous performances and they appeared to be having as much fun as the audience. My 5 and 8 yr old grandchildren loved it and actually, my 5 yr old was totally mesmerized throughout. The theatre is very comfortable with good views from everywhere. Booster cushions were provided for small children. Parking was easy but pricy. $20 if you just saw the show and left. The light rail does go to Darling Harbour.

Can't complain about the venue. I'm not a theatre buff, so nothing to report on the technical side. But it's easy to get to, heaps of pre-show food and drink options. The staff are friendly and helpful. So go see a slow, I can recommend Saturday Night Fever!

Saturday Night Fever at the Lyric Theatre was brilliant. Great cast music dancing and choreography.
Marcia Hines was larger than life itself. The musical was definitely made better with Paulini’s enormous voice. Overall a fantastic experience.

Very good theatre and nice location, easy and scenic walk from the city. Best seats are centre of the auditorium. We were in one of the boxes on the side and the acoustics were not as good, plus some views obstructed.

Awesome night. Staff at the venue are helpful and friendly. Show was amazing. The website makes booking tickets so easy for first time visitors. The book of mormon is gold.
