Not recommended due to lack of professionalism. My job was minor that needs repairing of 2 leaking points. When the job was done only one photo was provided as the report.

If only I could post all the text messages we sent him since January (that's 6 months!) asking him to honour his warranty and come back to fix a leak and poor job on the drip ledge.
We paid 4k for half a day's work and a 10 year warranty in December.
He did the work, took the money and never came back.
Not only he NEVER CALLS BACK, but when you get him on the phone there's always an excuse. He is on holiday, it's doesn't have capacity, he will maybe send someone next week.

Now the leak has worsened, there's water all over our dining room and and we can only imagine the damage inside our roof.

We are now looking for another roofer and we will be looking into fair trading to have Brendan cover the costs.

After having countless roofers tell me that they couldn't find the leak and needed a new roof which was not in the budget. Your local roofers came out and identified the leak last month and hasn't leaked since. Thanks guys you've done a wonderful job and have saved me from having to reroof my property saving me 10s of thousands of dollars. Highly recommend to anyone.

Avoid at all costs. Paid $4k to have our roof done - was given budget options and went with the "full package" and 10 year warranty. The front of the house they used tape which didn't waterproof anything. There is a major leak causing damage in the back of the house. I've been calling Brendan repeatedly since he did the work to come back and honour the warranty. There's a different excuse each time - "I'm too busy" "I'm on holiday" "too many people calling me. " He said he'd send someone out and they never came.

My next step will be Fair Trade if this doesn't get resolved in the next few weeks.

July 2021 took $2600 cash for 3 men for 2days. They were 3hours late. Only one man worked for 3 hours and have done nothing. Roof is still leaking. After today's inspection with new roofer we have learned that nothing that they charged for was done. Arrogant, dishonest, no skills and no respect for people. I cannot believe they are still in business and because they are be aware that what happened to us can easily happen to you. Unfortunately the complaint system is difficult and complicated and expensive. That's what they prey on. We wish no one the same horrible experience. Our previous rating disappeared but we will continue to write believing that it matters. Our current choice is a roofer with five stars with great skills, honesty and highly recommended.

Appointed contractor arrived on-time, commenced immediately, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Answered all dumb questions from me with respect and completed all work methodically, expertly and expeditiously. Can and will highly recommend to all. Many thanks for a dry house.:)

He spent very little time on the roof (went up the wrong way and nearly broke parts of the roof that were in tact!) and sent his sidekick up afterwards who was wearing cowboy boots. This should have been a comical indicator of what was to come but you just want and trust and hope an emergency tradesperson is going to do what they tell you they do. He slathered a product all over the spot I said was leaking, and that was $660. As I suspected, this has not lasted 5 months and is in worse shape now than it was before the initial leak - because there is messy waterproofing goop everywhere now. So, if you have the luxury of time.shop around.

Don't even bother to call these people. Took a week to come inspect the roof and the person they sent was very rude. Sowed up without notice just when I was leaving to pick up kids from school after I explicitly asked to text before showing up. The person couldn't wait for 10 minutes and left. Very poor service, they probaly have too many clients, I wont be calling again

Got them in to fix a leaky skylight. They told us the roof needed repointingas well. We did as they advised.
They repointed the roof but covered the perfitt holes that release pressure and stop leaks.so we ended up with more leaks.and they didn't fix the skylight issue.
Tried calling. But got the run around. And in the end they just weren't answering the phone.
We gave up and just got it fixed elsewhere.
My recommendation.find anyone else to do the job. Literally, anyone!

It started raining and leaking into my house over the electrical switches which was a significant concern for me tenants. We urgently requested Brendan to send out a roofer. The next day a roofer came out and told me he found the issue and it could be fixed straight away. The cost…$660. I spoke to my tenant after and the roofer was there for no longer than 7 minutes. Initially I didn’t want to pay as the cost was exorbitant for 7 minutes work with no material cost (apparently they did add a little bit of flashing). Nevertheless, against my better judgement, I paid. Low and behold, as soon as it rained again the same issue occurred. When I rang Brendan, he kept making excuses why he couldn’t send anyone out to fix it as per the 2 year warranty. This went on for weeks. He kept saying they were too busy. Eventually, he offered a refund and said they were too busy to come and look at it. I accepted and got another roofer to fix the problem. However, the refund was not forthcoming. I have been chasing for months. He keeps saying ‘ok, I will transfer it today’ etc. But he has continually delayed and failed to return my money for the shoddy work that was conducted. I have been to fair trading and he agreed he offered to refund me. Now I have to go to NCAT to recover this money. I have used tradespeople dozens of times and I have never encountered such a dishonest person and company in all my life. Brendan sounds like a nice person on the phone, but he is a very dishonest business person. I couldn’t speak any more unfavourably about him as a person and the business if I tried. Stay well away from this business. Do yourself a favour and use another more reputable roofer. It isn’t worth the headache.

Used to find and fix leaking roof. From quote to completion we’re prompt and professional. Even when job turned out to be bigger than anticipated they stuck to their original quote (excellent customer service). Job was completed just before this recent heavy rain. No sign of a leak anywhere. No hesitation in recommending them.

Your Local roofers came out to my property quickly and provided me with a quote to restore my roof. A bit expensive but definitely worth it
