As a young women I am always quite wary of being ripped off as I don’t know too much about cars! However, Sydney City Auto Centre provided me with a fantastic service and a new battery for a great price! Car was returned looking and sounding better than ever! Thanks!

This was my first time using Sydney City Auto Centre and I'll definately be using them again. The repairs were done professionally and timely. The car had been vacuumed inside afterward. Everything was explained to me before he started the repairs. He said I needed tyres (which was not a surprise) and the price he quoted was in line with the price at the tyre centre down the street. But when I picked the car up and asked it there were any surprises he said yes. He drove the car to test it and found a bad vibration. He investigated further and found a broken engine bracket, which he replaced. But he did not charge me for this extra service, which had to be a bit labour intensive. He said he wanted me to be happy when I got in my car and was I ever! So go there with confidence. I know I will next time.

After using various mechanics in the past I now won't take my care anywhere else other. Friendly professional staff who are well organised to receive your car upon arrival. They do a great job and the turn-around time is excellent.

Paul services and maintains all my work and personal cars. The whole crew are fantastic at what they do and go above and beyond on every job. A typical shop will go after the easy service work and shy away from more complicated problems. But Sydney city auto are more than capable of sorting more complicated issues and diagnosing problems other shops can’t handle. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new mechanic.

I stopped in today with a warning light in my car showing a brake issue. Paul was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was safe and even without a booking, had my car ready to collect by the afternoon. What was potentially a very dangerous situation was avoided and explained. I can't rate them highly enough.
