Paul was great, very friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my tyre that needed repairing today and even though he was very busy he managed to squeeze the job in and even provided some useful advice about servicing that was completely unrelated to the issue.

Great guys and great service. I was having some issues with my car and was a bit lost with what to do. I originally spoke to another mechanic who told me it was a much bigger issue ($$$) and would take a few weeks to have sorted. I was referred to Paul by a friend so I spoke to him and took my car in, nothing was an issue for him or too hard. He explained everything to me and had it all sorted within a few days and I saved a lot money! If I could give 6 stars I would.

I have had great experience with this service. My car would not accelerate and I had throttle actuator issues it towed and brought into the workshops. They fixed my car promptly and they provided a very professional service.

The team at Sydney City Auto Centre always look after me and go above and beyond for me. Recently I was stuck with a flat tyre and they came and assisted me, saved me from having to buy a new tyre!

The team at City Auto Centre were outstandingly knowledgeable and professional.

I went in for a mechanic inspection of a second hand Prado for sale, that I was looking at earlier this year.

I hadn't owned a diesel or 4WD before, so I was talked all the way through an extremely thorough and educational assessment of the car.

The mechanic (sadly can't remember his name) even took time to extensively explain and estimate the cost/feasibility of everything that needed work or wasn't quite right.

He described the priority and importance of each thing, and discerned the necessary from the 'nice-to-have', so that I could make informed judgements about what to spend money on.

I didn't end up purchasing that one but, with everything I had learnt from these guys, had much more confidence and knowledge for subsequent inspections - he showed me numerous things to test and try in the other inspections I had lined up. Armed with an annotated list that he helped me make, I ended up making a great choice.

After all of that, he wouldn't take payment

I've had really great experiences with SCAC. I have used them a couple of times as they are close to my office. Paul is super helpful and friendly. I have recommended him to all my colleagues if they find themselves in need of a mechanic!

5 stars absolutely. From when dropping the car off to being kept updated when the service was being carried out and the exact cost for when l was picking it up. Honest mechanics are hard to find in Sydney. However l found them here. Thanks again guys
