We have recently had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a Hyundai Tucson through Suttons. Whilst the initial customer service seemed impressive, as we proceeded through the process of purchasing we realised that we had been misinformed by the salesperson (who I won't name here). We made our decision based on the price we were initially told, when we returned to purchase the car we found out that the price he had given us was in fact $4000 less than the actual price.
He also misrepresented the features of the car which directly contributed to our decision to buy a Hyundai over other makes. We specifically asked about this feature on a number of occasions so it was surprising to us when after picking up the car we discovered that it did not have the feature we had asked about. We contacted Suttons thinking there must have been a mistake and have called them on several occasions trying to resolve the issue. After several days of back and forth Suttons have informed us that they do not believe their staff would have given us the wrong information and are unwilling to do antything to rectify the situation. They have provided us with a quote for $1600 should we wish to have them install the feature that we were told was included in the purchase price.

I had such a lovely experience at Sutton City Hyundai when trading in my vehicle in order to purchase another. The team at Hyundai were not only professional but also personal and worked with my needs and my situation. I am very grateful for all the help and above and beyond customer service provided to me by Ramesh Sehgal. Thank you Ramesh for your help with my vehicles and for making my experience so easy and pleasant. I am very happy with my new car!

Had a brilliant buying experience at Sutton’s City Hyundai. My salesperson, Terry, was such a lovely man, so helpful and patient while I asked lots of questions. He was fantastic.
However, my delivery experience was quite the opposite.
Terry was on leave so on the day I was picking up the car, I was jumped between two other sales people, one of whom was very rude.
I understand they were busy with their own clients as well, but the way I was rushed and spoken to was quite rude. I don’t think they even gave me all the paperwork as I got half of my stuff in the mail - things they probably should’ve given me on the day.
They weren’t even going to have a red ribbon on the car, my very first brand new car that I’ve purchased - I had to ask for one. I was very let down by that.
If Terry was there for delivery, it would have no doubt been different.
Can highly recommend Terry (such a nice and lovely man) but quite let down by my delivery service - especially since this was my very first brand new car I’ve purchased.
I30 is fantastic though - in love with the car!

Saturday, 1st Dec 2018. Iam currently an Audi owner, and I went to test drive Hyundai Kona 1.6 Active. The salesman never seemed too happy to describe the features of the vehicle. I had read about the car, a bit, on the internet, and I seemed to have more information about the features than him. Test drive lasted for barely 5-10 mins, with him driving for the first 2 kms. And I was told that we cant drive more, as its a saturday and he had some work back at the showroom. While going back, I asked him for the price list for different variants, and he said that everything is on the internet, from features to price.

I had a pathetic customer experience at suttons, Zetland. Its their loss, as me and one of my friends, are planning to buy new cars.
They have potentially lost two car sales. I'll buy the cars anyway from another Hyundai dealer, there are heaps in the city.

This place, Not recommended.

Got offer for test drive via Velocity to get 10000 points. Impossible to arrange the test drive, as nobody calls back with confirmation after booking online. Finally got the call back 1 day after offer expired to arrange the day and time. Good promoting the brand with this attitude.
Better not to run any promotions rather than running but not honoring them.

This is not for the sales people at Suttons - they are amazing. But anyone buying from this company please be aware that to service your car/warranty you will have to take it to the service centre on the same block. Please read the reviews of the service centre- the worse I have ver seen. I, like so many who have purchased from Suttons, am currently seeking legal advice for damages caused by this company while being serviced. Wish I had never bought the vehicle from Suttons.

Tim went over my vehicle thoroughly and was very professional with his job.bought the car mostly due to Tim ability to convince me to buy it.all in all great experience with my purchase.

Great customer service, and very attentive follow up from the sales staff. Usually I'd have to call to inquired on status, but they kept me updated on a regular basis.

These guys are the dodgiest car dealers I’ve ever dealt with. They try to rip you off in every possible way whether you’re buying a car or servicing one. When I bought my car from them, they hit me with a 13.25% interest rate without me knowing and every time I service my car they always find a way to try to rip me off! Don’t go there and thank me later

I recently bought new Hyundai Kona and I am very pleased with the experience so far. David helped me to understand all bit and pieces about the car and Zia/Jim helped me on car finance and securing a good deal compared to other places. David has excellent customer service skills and very patient and understands customer needs.

I love my new car! Thank you to the whole team here for a seamless purchase. Great customer service from everyone I dealt with. I was kept fully up to date with delivery timing, included extras and help set up my iPhone and the blue tooth and also picking up personalised plates. The team at Suttons Rosebary Hyuandai genuinely want to help and for once you dont feel like just another sale. Previous experience especially bieng a small business owner has made me feel pressured but I felt comftable, informed and validated. The product great, service even better.
