57 Poor overall service and dodgy customer service. Read the negative reviews and avoid this place.
Weeks ago Hyundai sent me a letter asking to drop my car for a recall service in a Hyundai dealer. Never had one problem with that car before, most reliable car I had so far.
Dropped it for the service at Suttons City in the morning of the 10th of June and picked it up later that day. Driving back, the engine light comes on in the panel after 15 minutes I picked up the car from the place. Made a new appointment for the following Friday so they could fix whatever problem was caused during the recall service just to hear from Christian that I would have to pay $500 to fix the engine as the problem that happened on the engine during the recall service was just a "coincidence". What a joke.
The customer service also refused to give me a detailed report on what was checked and done in the car during the recall service so I could get it looked at by another mechanic. They literally said they could not provide one for a recall service. It just does not make any sense.
It may be an ok place if you are looking into buying a new car, but my suggestion for others looking for a service/repair is to go elsewhere. You don't want to drop your car there to be fixed just to pick it up later in a worse condition than before.

Buying a new car can be stressful and having never bought a new car I was nervous, that being said all my nerves were put to rest when I called Sutton's hyundai zetland and dealt with Will.
Nothing was too much, answered every question I had and nothing was too much. Walked me through every step and kept me informed of every move. The beautiful Alena explained the process to me as well going through all details and so kind.
Highly recommend them when buying a new car. You will not regret it.
Terrible customer service. Not interested at all. Salesman stood there with hands behind his back just waiting to get back in the aircon. Only reason I gave two stars is because they unlocked the door. Will go elsewhere.
I went this morning 6: 30am I was the third car I left my car and come back again to 12pm.
12: 56pm they called me and told me my car was ready after 3-4 attempts to find out why my car is so late they didn’t Know behind the desks they laughed and make jokes but no one try to go and find out what’s going on finally I had my car at 14: 40pm when I asked why took so long they didn’t know the reason.
The only reason I don’t put one star is because everything looks fine to my car.
If it were possible to leave Zero stars for Suttons, I would.
I have had multiple issues with servicing my Hyundai over the past 3 years. I have found the service team to have been quite sloppy in their dealings with me, with issues varying between last minute phone calls to report "issues" 20 minutes before my scheduled collection, to not actually performing requested work, and more. When I took these issues up with them, I was met with a completely apathetic response from the "service" team.
Multiple emails sent - late responses or no responses at all.
Multiple voice messages left for the service manager - none were responded to.
I have given them multiple attempts to sort this out before taking it online.
On principle, I will never service my car at Suttons, nor will I ever buy a car from them again.
If you care about service, relationships and trust, take your car somewhere else.
Aaron from the service department is an absolute champion.
He always looks after all of his customers and he is always happy to have a chat.
Every experience I have there just isn’t great. For a general service they charged exactly $100 to replace my wiper blades. $40 for labour & the rest for parts. I questioned “Aren’t I not already paying for labour? ”. Supercheap Auto for me next time.
Service department is a joke. No accountability for mistakes or poor work. Had to take my car in 5 times to have a small issue fixed.
Generally ok but the girls on the phone clearly have no idea of customer service. Once you buy your car and spend good money, don't expect any after-care.
The three salesmen were at the door chatting amongst themselves, totally oblivious to us, no greetings, no acknowledgement, even though we have been there for at least 10 minutes, and we literally walked past them into the showroom, so rude. If presales service is non existent, I'd assume after sales service would be non existent too. Nothxbye.
I have to prompt service dept for answers & concerns that I have with my new purchase.m still awaiting for reply & follow up regarding my headlights.there has not been any customer service follow up regarding the incident that has happen to tho car re smoke coming from under the car on driver side, plus hot air from vent & stalling.service has reset the electronics. I still feel unsafe.hot air can still be detected from vents & foot area on driver's side.no calls to check if all is ok after I have picked up car.now 1 wk.customer service is definitely in a LOW category with me at this stage
I feel I was completely ripped out at Hyundai Sutton city. I put my Santa Fe on for a standard service and was told it required additional work. I asked was this absolutely necessery and they confirmed it was. On picking the car up I discovered they had merely performed additional services on parts of the car-there was no evidence that this work was required. This added $1000 to my bill which i had to pay to gain possession of my car. I called several times to complain but they disn't return calls. Would not recommend this service centre
Sales person was wonderful, knew the car back to front, was honest through the whole experience and made the purchase of my new care very easy
A very easy and pleasant purchase experience with Alison to buy my new i30 Elite. Everything went extremely smoothly and I was able to pick up my car within 3 days, which was fantastic. No ‘pressure sell’ of either the car, finance or after market extras.
Very big and probably to bureaucratic. There must be a more efficient system to booking in for service. I had to wait 25 minutes before getting a look in at what I thought was a non peak time of 0900. How about getting some advice from them as to what time to book in.
