Great company to deal with. I highly recommend them. Very professional. Easy to deal with from quoting to installation. Extremely knowledgable about their products and services. Very friendly and courteous team. They supplied a glass and stainless steel balustrade and a slatted aluminium gate and privacy screen. All look great. I am very happy with the final result. These guys are busy and I can see why so I recommend ordering early.

Brett was great to deal with from initial quote through to installation. I had an old rusty 1950's railing on my entrance porch around 30cm high as a barrier to a 1.5m fall. Brett's crew cleanly removed the existing railing and replaced it with a modern aluminium railing which complies with today's standards. There was a small issue after installation which was easily resolved with only one call to Brett and his crew took care of it the next day.

From my initial contact with Brett to the final installation by Mick and Josh the experience was a pleasurable one. Their professionalism and quality of workmanship stood out. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Right from the initial contact with Sutherland Shire Balustrading we found them to be helpful, polite, informative and professional. Brett responded to our email enquiry promptly and after arranging a time to meet was at our place on the dot. Brett assessed the job and gave his opinion as how to best proceed taking into account our personal preferences and ideas. We then received an emailed quote within a couple of hours, which was extremely reasonable and considerably less than we had anticipated. It was not a straightforward job to install hand rails on the stairs on our property there are 39 uneven sandstone steps they are quite steep. Mick and Josh were not deterred. They installed a beautiful stainless steel hand rail that was over 16 metres in length effortlessly negotiating the curves and unevenness of the stairs. The end result is sensational better than we could have ever imagined and our neighbours had already asked for SSB’s details before they had even finished the job. For such a complicated job to be completed in such an efficient manner is a real credit to the company. The area was left spotless, Mick and Josh clearly take a lot of pride in their workmanship and were a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend them without any hesitation.
