I ordered for click and collect a little while ago and upon returning home, the item I ordered was scratched. I was advised to return to the store where they’d be replaced. Staff at the store advised they couldn’t find a single box without scratches. Couldn’t you have just mixed and matched a box?

I love going to Supercheap Auto Fairy meadow as the staff are polite n very helpful with the things I needed.

Very efficient, Club Plus gets you great discounts, well worth membership. Click and Collect is great too as a time saver. Extensive catalogue, shop online or in person. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Walked in at 5: 25pm looking for some oil and a filter for my Mk6 Golf TDI. Walked out 5 mins later with what I needed and a smile on my face. Walking in with 5 to go was no issue because the super friendly staff simply got on with the job. Professionalism personified.

Supercheap auto can afford keep their doors closed to all customers. They only accept click and collect. While the rest of NSW with 75% FULL vaccination rate tries to return to normal.

No need to waste time looking for something just ask and it is in your hand immediately love the service.

Needed headlights and knew absolutely nothing about what I needed, thankfully a nice worker helped my figure it out:)

I had trouble finding set of car seat covers as the prices etc are not displayed correctly in the store. Apart from that its pretty good.

Wow! That was half of an hour of my life I will never get back. The staff were very hard to find, and the ones I did find were arrogant. Other Supercheap stores around might try one of them. Or just take my $$ somewhere else.

Overall good place to get what you need and pricing it alright, though stock and range can be lacking, but hey there's always auto barn.

Very helpful staff. Helped me to track down some aftermarket parts and provided some useful tips for installation. Staf are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.

Fantastic service from young man by the name Dalton, he had great knowledge of a product and due to stocks low he gave me many options to get the product and at the end he went above and beyond, my product arrived within 7days and he fit it to my vehicle.

Walked in and within 10 seconds, Leonie who could tell I was looking for something dropped what she was doing and went to look for the part that I was looking for. She helped me instantly and happily! I was out of there within 2 minutes of walking in, with exactly what I wanted.

Went here for paint for an old vehicle. The staff had to the colour up for me. And it was spot on! Well done and definitely be back.

Walked into the store just 3mins before closing, Leonie was so kind to take her time and mix me a spray can even though the staff had so much work to do. Much appreciated.

I went to see a mechanic to fix my rear window wiper, they couldn't help me.super cheap done it straight away. And it was such a nice female. She fixed it straight away. So nice and kind she was to me. So I give them all the points.

I always end up buying more than I need just like the adverts show. Bought a very good rotary tool here. Very inexpensive. Staff are helpful, and they can also fit windscreen wiper blades for you. Didn't need that though. Staff are quite knowledgeable.

Waited for Matt to mix paint for a customer for 20 minute.
I needed two spray cans from the cabinet. His customer politely told him I was waiting.
He then ignored me, walked straight past me and served a man wanting a paint mixing outside.
Very poor service

The service I received from Mathew and an unnamed female at the store was outstanding. They were extremely knowledgeable and caring. They went out of there way to provide me with relevant advice and resolved a couple of issues I had been experiencing with my car. Margaret
