I had the most amazing experience with Chantelle at Supercheap Fairy Meadow. She knew exactly what she was talking about and somehow made changing a car battery an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much and I really appreciate how lovely and kind you were.

I saw post on website about some items on sale. I went to the store on 12 December 2022. Tried to find the items, found one confirmed with the employee by showing the picture. Went to counter and requested if the other 2 items are available at store or sold out. The lady tells me they have both itemsbut they only have one left. And she doesn't want to check or find.and tells me to go to Dapto as they have 2 of those its only 15min drive. 2nd Item as well if you are going there buy from there as well.

I even tried to request again as well, that if you can please check it will save me 30 min drive (going and coming back) but naah She refuses to budge.

I don't want to publicly shame her, but it was headphon and a tool set. She would know.

Can I just say a massive thank you to the staff at Supercheap Auto at Figtree. My work vehicle, headlight globe broke, and I could not get it into any dealership to fix ASAP and I had to drive home that evening. They were attentive and supportive and swapped it over for me, I offered to pay the assistants hourly rate to assist install, as I know nothing about new vehicles, and obviously headlights. 100% satisfaction with their customer service and support. Service like that is hard to come by, and I sincerely appreciate your help not hitting a roo on the way back to ACT.

Excellent assistance to find the items I needed, right on closing time. The service is always helpful, friendly and competent.

I was greeted by Pete as I walked into the store. He was friendly straight up. He asked me if I minded waiting till he had finished serving the current customer so he could then assist me finding to correct replacement blades for my wipers. After checking both my car and the computer he grabbed the ones the computer suggested. After spending close to 15 mins and trying several options, they wouldn't lock into place. He took the time to explain why it is dangerous to not have them lock in, and then went through my options of what full arms I could purchase. He then fitted them for me! The whole time with a smile and the patience of a saint! And then he thanked me for being a great customer! You need to clone Pete and have one of him in every store! 100% some of the best customer service I have ever received!

I love Supercheap for their service and prices.but getting help here was like pulling teeth especially compared to how good it's been at other stores.

Drove through a horrible storm and needed new wiper blades. I had no idea what size.the staff knew the sizes and put them on for me. Absolutely Awesome.

Want to do a special shout out to the wonderful Peter. He is so friendly, helpful, & full of great ideas & advice specially for people like me who have no idea ‍️ A big Thankyou your an asset to the company

Walked into the store just to buy some coolant, and ended up being helped by Chantelle to determine why I might have a coolant leak, cleaning up the area and filling the tank, looking over some other basics in my engine bay, and then a bonus suggestion of checking my wiper blades before I drive interstate and finding out why my existing ones were bad and replacing them with new arms and blades which are so much better. Super impressed by Chantelle’s friendly help, she gave me excellent, proactive service and saved my skin before a long drive. Thanks again! ️

Today I am very delighted with the staff of super cheap Fairy Meadow. They are very helpful and in my case the staff member just made my day after brain storming and effort.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff and fixed up a return when the part didn't fit. Great to see so many women working there too!

It's super cheap and staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. Sometimes if out of stock, they'll give you a good deal on a similar item.

Super cheap is not only super cheap but they also want for you to receive the correct part and will go above and beyond to make sure you get it. Love the service and the store is set up so well, bloody good job guys lol.

I've always compared prices yey ended up going there so now it's just my go to place, also worth noting is my son's have now gottheirown cars and feel exactly the same as I do.

Ya always get greeted with a friendly smile & the staff members are only too happy to help you get what ever it is your after for your car, caravan or trailer part's.
Supacheap Auto Fairy meadow is very covid aware & make sure that all mandatory rules & regulations are kept by the customer & the staff members, so get ready for winter weather with warm sheep's wool seat covers & plenty more to choose from, tools, oils & all ya car's fluids they have it all & if they haven't got what your looking for. They'll order it in for you asap, im glad to be a member of supacheap Auto for all the special offers & credit you can urn & spend in store.

One of the dingier Supercheap's, a bit too crowded and staff are semi-helpful (if you can find them). Other than that, get still have most of what you can need.
