The young lady who served me was fantastic. IV was comparing pressure washers and she opened Boxes so I could compare the various product offerings. Absolutely fantastic

Honestly, just go somewhere else. Staff don't care, impossible to get help when you need it. This pretty much on par for my experience with every SCA around. Won't be back.

I love going to my local Supercheap Auto as they always help me with any parts i might need for my car or projects i might have. Very friendly staff and great prices.

Good for every day items. Not that cheap but they do have some good specials. Take advantage of the club $5 to join and you get credited when something is on special 2 weeks either side of the day you make your purchase. I have been surprised to find up to $30 credit. There is a time limit to use it.

Pretty good place to buy from, hard to get good quality service from here or someone who knows correct measurements for different vehicles

Great service. Needed to get new windscreen wipers, when I bought them the storeman asked if i wanted them to install the wipers for me. That's good customer service.

Staff are really blazay, asked one question about the right battery and i got a big speal on how my battery was a special order and it would cost me $420 iv never paid that for a battery.funny thing is i got the same battery 3 years ago from the same shop for $275.

Great service from Nick, who although they didn't stock what I was looking for, referred me to Burson's up the road. It's a shame Burson's don't give as exceptional customer service.

Very busy, long cue at check out but only one cashier on duty, very slow to get out of the shop.

I went there to buy new seat covers for my car.
I spent 10 minutes walking up and down the aisle as I wasn't sure which ones would fit.
I had three staff members at least look at me as they wandered around but no one came to help.
I ended up leaving without buying the seat covers but the polite male staff member at the counter did inform me which size would fit, after I asked.

Have everything you could possibly need, found what I was after in less than 5 minutes no need to ask for help.

Awesome staff, came in couple of weeks ago looking for globe for my car and car cleaning products and they went out of there way to find them for me. Once they found the items I was looking for they asked if i would like them installed being VF they couldn't do it on site they recommended me go to a highly regarded mechanic down the road and get them changed. Absolutely amazing people great staff and very helpful. Highly recommended

Understaffed and no knowledge whosoever had to look up what a falcon ute was thought it was a type of hyundai ffs

The front counter lady was nice, the other three guys that were there take their time to help customers and not taking notice of them when they are waiting for assistance from staff for an item because the item needed a key to get it off the shelf. If I hadnt have said something to a staff member as he tried to push past me to go out the back of the store, not even asking if I needed help, I'd still be standing there looking like an idiot. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Great store, friendly staff, a typical supercheap in terms of stock, but well laid out and easy to find things
