This is why I choose to shop at SCA. Their people are car enthusiasts and are simply there to help. Nicholas looked up my car and took me down to where the product was.he even apologized for the recent price hike. It's a very different experience than Autobarn which is just around the corner!

Tremendous service - had new wipers fitted despite the fact I picked the wrong ones off the shelf, corrected the mistake, fitted the wipers, and I wasn’t the only one on this wet day. Thanks.

Man at the check out was very friendly and helpful and willing to help (that’s the reason to buy what I went to buy and given 3 stars otherwise get 1 star and no business out of me to super cheap) he directed me to the service counter, he will help you with finding if you need a hand. I asked the man At service counter; yes it’s on Isle 14. After spending sometime I found that behind me, I guess it’s isle 13. (luckily I can’t remember the man’s name) he completely sounded he didn’t want to be there. Total understand store was full of customers and under staff; that was not the case; I been asked to read the instructions on the back of the bottle when I asked how much diesel fuel injector cleaner to use for a tank of diesel. So I say thank you and went to pay for it. First guy (at the check out) still happy to read the back of the bottle and given me the information. Man ask if I was a loyal customer, if I was interested sign up to it. I knew I will not shop again there after the experience with the super cheap customer service. I didn’t forget to tell the man at the check out, that his colleague at the service counter not very willing to help. It’s the last time I shop at this place.

The guy on the register is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and he’s always exceptionally polite.

Big shout out to NICK. This is our go to store when purchasing items for our car. Washed the new car yesterday and the back wiper snapped out of its place into my hand.after panicking as didn't want to tell hubby.popped into Supercheap Auto West Gosford and Nick without hesitation walked out to my car and snapped it back into place. It was lovely to see such great customer service given, especially considering I wasn't there to purchase anything this time. Mind you we have always found the staff very polite and helpful when in store. You are all an asset to the company. Thankyou Nick!

Great upgrade to this store. All new and nice and clean. This store looks a million bucks the staff here are super nice and very helpful. Best super cheap I ve ever been too.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from here. A big shout out to the manager, Jordan, who has been super helpful and Caitlin who has been eager to assist with enquiries. I recommend this SCA store especially since they’ve expanded its store size.

Supercheap Auto West Gosford have recently updated their store. They seem to have updated/retrained their staff too.

There was no issues with the old store or staff by any means, but the new staff are very courteous, professional and helpful. They go out of their way to help you and ask if you need assistance.

The staff were very professional. A lot of "yes sir" "have a good afternoon sir". That definately isn't expected or required, but does really add to a courtious experience.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was quite impressed by the service at this store.

I went to purchase good car wash and wax. The staff were pleasant and good at their job they were able to explain to me benefits etc of various brands.

Super helpful service. I needed new wiper blades and they fitted them without me even asking. The store is well staffed and well stocked.

I love Supercheap Auto West Gosford. The staff are always friendly and know their products.

Needed to look up the booklet to get oil filter number. No book, replaced by qr image you have to scan on mobile. For whatever reason, didnt work so very obliging staff member looked it up. By all means put a qr code up if you must but leave the damn book. When cars were invented
they didn, t kill all the horses.

Return policy is ridiculous.returned an unopened bottle of brake fluid no mention of having to wait for the money back.check their policy it states up to 2 weeks as product has to be inspected.back to repco for me.

The new layout of the shop is fantastic. Went in today to get new wiper blades.
The young man who served me was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Also for $5 he installed the wiper blades for me.
Great customer service.

Great, a lovely young lady Jorden, bought my purchase out to my car, lovely girl. Was very much appreciated.

Jordan assisted with the replacement of the front globes in my KIA Carnival. She was absolutely fantastic. Such great service particularly just for that little bit extra in cost. Appreciated not having to replace the globes myself! Well Done Team Super Cheap Auto!

I would give a 5 for service. But it only has 1 disabled parking space, which is not close to the doors nore is it big enough for those who have to open their door all the way to get out. 3 4x4 can't park next to each other without hitting the car besides them when opening their doors. {It's all to often}

Staff unhelpful and undertrained. Advertised $15 dollar battery fitting and 6 month warranty. Harrison couldn't figure out how to remove the connection from the battery terminal. A simple job requiring minimal mechanical knowledge. He gave up and refunded the $15 and the cost of the battery. What a joke. Now we waste time going to a mechanic for a job that should have taken 5 minutes. Won't be coming back to this store again.
