46The manager jason was very rude and had no idea what he was talking. He should be fired. Get a manger rhat knows about cars anf that has good customer service.
Big store with everything you need for your vehicle. Great range and prices, easy location and parking.
They have some good deals I guess.
I was in there one day literally walked around for about 10 minutes in the store and not one staff member asked me if I needed any help.
One guy at the spare parts desk was trying to teach me wrong information about my car.
I suppose it's ok if you like that fend for yourself kinda customer service.
Prices are on par with other competitors such as Autobarn and other places.
The need to focus ALOT more on customer service and be a little bit more lenient on wage budgets.
Would definitely prefer autobarn, at least the guys in spare parts are very knowledgeable with cars and bikes.

Not overly to happy with this store one staff member seemed like they knew everything and treated me like I knew nothing. Id go down to autobarn anyday
