Staff knew their products, simply explained difference between options. Have staff with 5+ years service that still focus on politeness and customer understanding.

Oscar and Jade made a ‘just checking it out’ visit, into an affordable sale with a product that ABSOLUTELY matched what I needed.

Recommend to anyone that’s a bit uneducated around car specifics!

Enlarged store, plenty of the right stock or can get it in pretty fast.

This shop has rebounded pretty well from the floods of almost a year ago. Looks fresh inside and out.

Went in to get a few oils, cleaners, and spend our credit that they give you if you buy something from them and it then comes on special they refund you the discount. It great. The size of the shop is good, and well set out.

The team at the Coffs Harbour store NSW especially he manager went out of his was to help my wife making her car driveable, after ripping the front spoiler and grill off the car which was caught on the concrete stop border, as I am confined to a wheelchair and could not help, and had to drive back to home in Casino, from Coffs Harbour, and great use of 100 mph tape, very much appreciated for the help and kindness.

Jokesville, covid is ruining businesses. Waited 50 mins while 1 person doing the whole show. 1 in, 1 out system, he said. There were at least 5 ppl in when i was there. Ballina for me.
What a total waste of an afternoon

Staff talk to one another and asked me to wait while finishing there conversation and when i asked for help they said i cant due to covid you will have to go else where.

The staff in this store yesterday in Lismore were superb, 2 lads both so polite, helpful and friendly, knew their products and just made the visit a pleasure thanks

Knowing that they put wiper blades on is a real plus. I have been struggling to do them myself for years.

I found super cheap so much fun lots of different things for all modes of travel the staff was so helpful well done I say

I like the reward system, every now and then you get cash back from your purchases, the staff here are super helpful, it's my preferred auto shop. Stock most things and can order promptly if not stocked. Being a member means that I don't have to keep a paper receipt it's automatically saved in-store. Ten out of ten.

Lovely service. My windscreen wipers were screeching against the window and they installed new ones for me:)
