A friend of mine was very impressed by the way Mysupercare helped their daughter with early release of her super for medical treatment. It sounded like the answer had fallen in my lap, so I took a chance and applied for early super release for much needed dental treatment. I was so lucky to have 3 consultants work seamlessly with me, Sandra, Tia and Kate were genuinely professional and handled all the paperwork needed with ATO and my Super, they were super efficient, super patient and always followed up with documents I needed signed or to produce, they were with me every step of the way. A fantastic team of consultants who liaised on my behalf, I am grateful for their expertise and professionalism I could not have done this alone.

I found SuperCare to be prompt from the start they got onto the process super fast and we were assigned a consultant within a day Lap was our consultant who made the process so relaxed gave easy instructions on what we had to do. All the people we dealt with through SuperCare were friendly and helpful and nothing was a issue for them would highly recommend we went through them for major dental.

Tia was amazing! The ATO were running behind on processing applications but Tia kept me updated a few times a week. Her customer service skills are five star and she made the whole process as easy as possible.

Supercare are a great company! Very quick response time and on getting the job done! Vanessa Pareja was my consultant I found her extremely resourceful, Vanessa guided me through the application and still offers me assistance after the funds from my super were approved.
