What I love most about coming here is not just the thoroughness of my doctor but the friendly and helpful staff who go out of there way to remind me of my appointments and to help reschedule me when I can’t make it.

Dr Bothma was extremely thorough and knowledgable. His manner was exceptional and i feel happy and confident to have someone i trust checking my skin going forward. The reception staff are really helpful and friendly too and understand when you feel worried and will work with you to have you seen too quickly, putting your mind at ease. 11/10!

I've been coming for years and every time I come I'm greeted with a smiley face. The Doctors are so good at what they do and it's peace of mind every visit. I get anxious going to the doctors but being in a house there is something so calming about it.

The practice is professional and thorough at all times. Dr Bothma is experienced at the diagnosis and treatment of all skin types. I have a particularly sensitive skin so need the attention the practice can give. Very happy with the support I get.

Recently attended the Clinic as a new patient of Dr Bothma and so was naturally a little apprehensive, however within minutes the warmth and professionalism of the staff had ensured that was not an issue. The new Practice Manager Hayely was particularly delightful and made sure I had all the necessary information as well as any questions answered. Dr Bothma was personable, knowledgeable and most impressed with his experience. All in all it was great experience and I highly recommended SunDoctors Clinic.

I had to get a wart removed and I saw Dr Mark Ferrier. He explained everything and the process was hassle free.
I would definitely recommend Dr Ferrier.

Charged $400 to test a mole, then $800 on a second occasion to remove it was told it wasn’t fully removed and ended up going to a different clinic who said they would remove it for free.rip off. Also took me about 5 weeks to get a morning appointment. Won’t be recommending

Seen a lovely female doctor Susan Molesworth, very thorough, parking available on site, I was notified of results in a timely manner and found the staff to be very efficient and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic. Thanks SunDoctors for a positive first experience, i will be back.

I was very impressed with Dr Bothma's professionalism, thoroughness and friendliness. I am a recently retired RN and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Bothma and staff at SunDoctors at Frenchs Forest based on my recent consultation. I will certainly be returning for further skin checks as required.

Dr Bothma gives you a lot of information and explanation as well as options for treatment. He is extremely thorough and also kind. I will definitely go back for an annual check up. You get a phone call to remind you too:)

Great office and staff. Found it surprisingly easy to make an appointment online for a skin cancer checkup, went in and was seen by Dr. Bothma. Very competent and fast.
I also had a slow-healing fin chop on my foot from surfing. After struggling to heal up based on the emergency room stitching and care i had received Dr. Bothma took the time to clean that up and properly stitch it together last year. Top notch experience and skill working the Frenchs Forest clinic!

How disappointing. I had to wait 11 weeks to get a 9am early morning appointment so I could go before work. When they sent me the sms reminder the day before it said 9: 15am which I thought was strange but still wanted to keep my appointment seeing I had waited so long. On the day, I got there when it opened only to find I was 4TH in the queue. How can that possibly be when they open at 9am? By 9: 10am they were running 20 minutes late already and there were still 2 people in front of me! It wasn't until the Skin Specialist finally came out and called in the lady next to me and said to her "I'm glad to see we were able to fit you in" that I finally walked out. YES you did fit her in, and at MY time and expense. If you go, take a good book with you as these people have complete disregard for your time and the inconvenience they cause. Booking in as many appointments as they can seems to be their main concern. I gave one star because at least the receptionist was professional.

I was treated by Dr Bothma. He was very professional in his approach and explained everything he was doing along with additional information while performing the procedure. He has a very caring and made me feel comfortable throughout the op. When I had the stitches removed at Mona Vale hospital, the nurse commented on the quality of his work!
I will definitely use Sun Doctors again because of him.

I have suffered from skin cancer for many years and so get very fussy about who I see for checkups and a lot of them I don't trust. Most seem to just want to hit you with the liquid nitrogen and send you on your way. Daniel Bothma at Sundoctors however is very thorough and very sensitive to my concerns. I recently had him excise a cancer from my forehead and his surgical skills were fantastic. Even though it was a large incision the scar is hardly noticeable as he took great care to align the cuts with my frown lines. I have no hesitation in recommending the Sundoctors Skin Cancer Clinic and especially Dr Daniel Bothma to anybody who is concerned about skin cancer.
