First time using this clinic - reception staff and doctor I saw (Dr Sam Chen) were all very pleasant and efficient.

A very competent and empathetic practice. They always remember you and take care in treatment. I had a BCC removed in surgery several years ago and the surgery was worthy of a plastic surgeon.

I had a routine skin check at Sun Doctors. I was told “I don’t have the sort of skin that would be susceptible to skin cancer.wrong” I was told “All clear nothing to be concerned about” I then went to MoleMap, the best skin diagnosis team in Australia. They found three malignant melanomas which were surgically removed within a week by the Melanoma Institute. The doctor said these could have killed me within a year. DO NOT go to SUN DOCTORS!

Treated respectfully and professionally at the clinic. The Doctor was extremely pleasant and informative and gave me confidence that he fully understood my problem and was able to take steps to diagnose and treat.

The staff were really professional and friendly. The service was great and the medical staff was really knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands.

I just had my first skin check with Dr Jacqueline Kramer-Maier, she was lovely, very thorough and explained everything so I could fully understand. The Reception staff made me feel very comfortable, it was like catching up with friends, had a lovely chat that made made my appointment very enjoyable.

The staff at Sundoctors (including Dr Kate Mackinnon and reception) are amazing. It's certainly the best skin cancer clinic that I've been to. I travel each time from the east suburbs of Sydney because I know that I'll be taken care of.

I would like to thank all the Staff, Nurse and Dr Kramer-Maier that took care of my BCC on the skin at Frenchs Forest SunDoctors. They were all so professional, friendly and made me feel at ease.
I will definitely be back for another checkup!

Dr Mark Ferrier is very professional as well as compassionate. He explained everything to me in words I could understand! He is very patient and very caring. I highly recommend him.

All the doctors at SunDoctors are very capable and I received immediate treatment. Mai-tran, the receptionist that has always assisted me is polite, friendly, very efficient and highly professional, as are all the receptionists. I highly recommend this Practice at Frenchs Forest.

The doctor I saw is extremely experienced & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff were very helpful with assisting me to sign in for QR check-in as I had difficulties on my mobile.

I used to go here for regular checks, sadly I will have to sober up and find a reliable place. Their booking system is faulty and the receptionists are too laid back to pretend they care.

Went for a routine skin check, the doctor was most thorough and removed a suspicious mark. Biopsy revealed "in situ" cancer which was removed professionally and thoroughly. Very relieved.

I recently went to this clinic after having regular spots checked over the years. I had been going back regularly in the past elsewhere having these spots frozen off and always worried as they kept coming back. After coming to Sun Doctors Frenchs Forest I no longer have those spots as a concern. I spent a lot of time in the sun as a kid so I have myself to blame but I feel in good hands coming here. I wish I had my skin checked earlier in life.
