Do not get trap with their end of lease invoice. They came to my brother with over 4K invoice but finally they ended up paying only 500. If you are looking for a unit/house to lease. Go with a reputable realestate agent. Avoid them as much as possible. If you are already with them.do not get trapped.

Beware of end of lease cleaning and fixing bill costing double of your rental bond. That’s their business model.

I will only give one start because i have no other choice. Nathan Ho has been nothing but a liar. He has PROMISED the world for our Strata Plan and done absolutely nothing. He doesn't respond he promised to fix our leak now we have mould all in our bathroom.i hate this company and this poor strata services. A waste of money lairs and a big thief.
