I had the pleasure to deal with this real estate and glad I will never purchase nor rent a property through them.
Chris is extremely disrespectful, has no mannerism and sent me emails threatening me that all the agents who work here will not rent a property to me, even thought all his directions were followed for a property which I was approved for. During a follow up call he was rude and stated I am too hard to deal with. As a real estate agent I would hope someone to have better people skills and to build relationships with clients rather than try to intimidate and belittle potential clients.
I will never willingly try to purchase, sell or rent a property through this real estate. You can never get a response from them and when you do it’s lies. No one is ever available to speak to you and you get told they will call you back which they never do. If I can recommend one thing to anyone, avoid Chris if you can.

A massive shout out to Simon Yu. Although we didn't end up purchasing our first home from him (due to issue from the vendor's end), we want to give him credit that he deserves. He is an utmost professional and courteous agent we've ever met, with an impeccable knowledge in real estate.

If there was a way to give less than one star I would. This is the worst real estate I have ever dealt with which is one of the reasons why we had to attend NCAT 5 times to either get appliances fixed and receive reduced rent because they are so terrible at their job (landlord included). Most of these visits to NCAT, the real estate and owner never showed up. This real estate agency does not answer messages, lies about things and is meant to be the “middle man” however always sides with the landlord. Even though we have left the property, they are lying to the knew owner and that person has had their own issues with the real estate and is reporting them to NSW Fair Trading. This agency has tried to bully us, however we know our rights as a tenant and this did not happen

I am very glad to say that Emma was our agent during purchasing of our first house in Australia. With her as the agent, everything went smooth and in a timely manner. She was always available for any queries or tasks and nothing was ever delayed because of her quick action towards the issues.

Not only is Emma a good agent, but she also is a great human being. Her cheerfulness and attitude towards other human being is also praiseworthy.
