We recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from Jordy. The service was excellent and went above and beyond with his customer service. I would highly recommend the team at Subaru Sydney City.

The Service Department did a very good job repairing my 4 year old Outback. I booked in for a standard H service and they had a helpful & transparent system to alert me of additional repairs identified, brakes and air filter replacement in my case. I received an SMS and e-mail outlining all the checks done and a detailed explanation of the repairs required and costs which gave me clear understanding and made my approval easy to do. My car was thoroughly cleaned and goes well. Before the service I checked their pricing which was close to non-dealer mechanics, so I felt I received value for money. Overall I had a positive experience and will be returning for future services.
